Both defenses have their deficiencies. Nevada has been giving against the run for most of the year and has given up over 300 yards passing the last two weeks. As a result, Nevada has given up 72 points in that stretch. Hawaii will throw it all over the field if the O-line gives their QB time. They have scored 27 or more six times this season. Nevada has great balance in the air and on the ground, averaging over 200 yards per game in each category. The Wolf Pack have scored 45 or more in three straight games and have 37 or better in all three home games this year.

Big total, but the offenses got into a great groove in the 2nd quarter and Oregon is a really good 2nd half team. Ducks still have that big play ability, while the Cardinal really looked solid with an up tempo style in the two minute drill and have been running well.

The Broncos have amassed 108 points over the past two weeks while giving up 101. They have been absolutely lethal through the air, putting up 300+ yards per game. Miami's pass D is not allowing much, under 200 per game but they haven't had to face many of the dynamic MAC offenses. Defensively, WMU is allowing 280+ yards on the ground and the air over their past three. Miami features a prolific pass attack with Dysert. They should be able to take advantage tonight. Miami has scored at least 21 in seven of time. WMU has scored 38 or more in six of ten. Expect plenty of scoring opps tonight.

Cowboys have been deadly all-season and while Iowa State has played better home than away, they have struggled with the dynamic offenses of the Big 12 mostly. Okie State has beaten this number in three straight and in six of ten overall.

Arkansas State-Middle Tennessee State Over 57 [-105]
One team, ASU, has been an unders machine with eight of ten hitting in that direction. The other, MTSU, has been an overs machine with seven of nine hitting in that direction. So which one gives today? Both offenses have had good production with both averaging about the same yards per game, around 270 in the air and 165 on the ground. Defensively, MTSU has been worse by far as they give up over 200 yards both in the air and on the ground. Arkansas State though has given up about five points more per road game this year than their season average and MTSU has seen more points all-around at home this season. MTSU has given up at least 27 in seven games this season with six games where they have allowed more than 30. Arkansas State has a streak of four games with 30+ points.

USC-Oregon Over 69.5 [-108]
So many play makers on the field here. Not expecting a let down in the # of points that we'll see on the board. Oregon should be extremely focused here with Oklahoma State's loss now opening the door for them a bit further. USC's defense has nice numbers against the run, but this is the best offense by far they are going up against. Oregon should have success in the air. Matt Barkley and Robert Woods should be able to hit for some big plays and the Trojans running game also should be able to eat up some real estate against a Ducks run D that has allowed close to 150 yards per game. Ducks have scored 40+ eight times out of ten. USC has scored 30+ in seven of the last eight.

Fresno State-Hawaii Over 63.5 [-105]
No Muniz for Hawaii, but they have experience at QB with Austin. He came in after Muniz left with an injury last week and got some game time. He showed decent poise and also turned it over three times. That could lead to some short fields for Fresno. Hawaii though should still be able to put up some points on a porous Bulldogs D that has allowed 38 or more in five of their last six games. Hawaii has given up 26 or more in five of their last six. That should give Fresno some hope on offense as the Bulldogs have found some big games in two of the last three weeks with 40+ performances. They have scored at least 21 in nine of then this year. Look for their balance to give Hawaii some issues.

Both teams figure to churn out lots of yards here. EMU has an underrated rushing attack that puts up 226 yards per game. That should match well against a leaky NIU D that allows 186 rushing yards per game. NIU has the dynamic two-pronged attack with their passing and rushing games producing just over 500 yards per game. NIU has topped 40 points in nine of eleven games. EMU will limit their pass attempts, but that doesn't mean they cannot attack the weaknesses of NIU in the secondary. In two of the last three games, EMU QB Alex Gillett tossed four TDs on less than 20 pass attempts and put up solid yards. So expect to see some big plays today.

The Buffs finish off a forgettable season in Utah this afternoon. The Utes have been stout against the run, but have been able to be had in the air. That plays into Colorado's strength on offense with QB Tyler Hansen. Colorado certainly hasn't lit the scoreboard up this season, but in eight of eleven this season that have scored at least 14. Utah has held four opponents out of eleven below 14 this season. Definitely not expecting much from the Buffs, but I think two TDs in a game where garbage time may start early in the 2nd half is very gettable.

Interestingly, Boise is 0-4 ATS at home this season. Wyoming is 3-1 ATS on the road and goes in here with absolutely nothing to lose. It's already been a great success for the Cowboys who are 7-3. Boise's D has been scuffling against the pass especially over the past three weeks. Wyoming has good balance on offense and if they can establish the run early to keep drives going, QB Brett Smith may be able to make some plays to get Wyoming in scoring position.

Buckeyes have really struggled to contain the run on the road. Robinson got the Bucks for 105 last year in a blowout loss. I think in a Michigan win this year, he's equal to that task, maybe even better.

Fully expecting Oregon to unload on the Beavers today. Even through a turnover prone performance last week, they put up 35. They have topped 40 points in eight of their last ten. Oregon State showed some promise with 38 last week in a win over Washington. The Ducks have at times struggled against the pass and behind QB Mannion, OSU should have some scoring opps through the air. As solid as Oregon has been, they have given up at least 15 points in nine games this season and 20 or more in seven.

Two defenses here have fallen off the map. State has given up at least 30 in five of the last six. The Huskies have given up 31 or more in five straight. Price is at least going to give it a go for UW which should help their offense. UW has scored at least 30 in five of their six home games. State has put up 27 or more in three of their last four. Don't think there will be enough stops to keep this under, but it will be fairly close. A late score I think puts this through.

NIU QB Chandler Harnish Total Rushing Yards Over 108.5 [-130]
Harnish has been on a serious roll on the ground in the last month, topping 130 yards in four of his last five games. He is a true dual threat that will pose significant problems for Ohio's defense. The Bobcats faced one QB who posed a dual threat type of attack in Temple's Chris Coyer who lit them up for 184 yards on the ground.

C-USA Championship: Houston-Southern Miss Over 73.5 [-110]
The huge totals haven't followed Houston the last few games, but I think this is the situation where points roll back onto the scoreboard. Houston hosts here and at home, the Cougars are averaging almost 54 ppg. Southern Miss has a defense that is capable, but has allowed 28 or more in three of the last four weeks. They also haven't faced anything like this Houston offense all-season. Offensively, Southern Miss has a solid two-pronged attack led by QB Austin Davis. They average over 200 yards both on the air and ground and have put up 30 points or more in nine of their last ten. The last two meetings between these two have been score-fests with 90 points or more combined.

Between the dynamic playmakers in the return game and the turnovers that either defense could cause, I think there's going to be a TD that is not scored by the offense.
