Rare Day in NCAA Football Today

Only once before has this happened, six undefeated, top 20 ranked teams 5-0 or better have all faced off against each other on the same day.

    Penn St. 5-0 @ Michigan 5-0
    Michigan -7

    Alabama 5-0 @ Tennessee 5-0
    Alabama -9

    OK State 5-0 @ TCU 5-0
    TCU -4

Which three teams at the end of the day improve to 6-0?
Which team covers ATS in all three games?

    IMO
Michigan is the better team, and should cover.

    Alabama wins but Vols cover.
Tough to fade home teams in these spots, tough to fade Saban in these spots.
Pass, Alabama should win between six and thirteen points.
    (Young is starting)

    (Best bet)
TCU is the better team and should win by ten plus points.

Some sports writers that do this shit for a living instead of some jabroni like me who just wishes I was that good say pretty much this is the best college football day in two decades.

I mean, Holy Mother of God, look at the entire slate of games today, I can't watch that many games that are worth watching,

Great games at 12pm, great games at 3:30 pm, great games at 7pm, and great late night games too.

I think Penn St. covers but Michigan wins a close one. Same with Alabama and Tennessee with Tennessee playing well before ultimately losing. The only one I played was Oklahoma State to cover +4 against TCU in a game I think they can win outright.

    Nashy:

*My one question for the day. Just how much Team Speed does TCU have?

Price on OklaSt looks reasonable to grab them as Dog +5. Just that Frog speed generates a lot of burst plays.

Like TCU the most out of any of these games.

Don't be surprised if FSU beats Clemson.

    Lets get it.

TCU has ample team speed, my only concern is TCU's pass blocking has been shoddy in spots this year.
I like the Froggy QB Max Dugan a lot, if OKST can pressure Dugan into turnovers then I'm doomed.
Clear edge there for the Cowboys, I do believe TCU has all the other aspects covered.

This is the best game I believe on the slate that doesn't involve the Crimson Tide.

The writers I admire and respect say FSU is the sexy, sneaky pick of the entire slate.

We've talked about this before JJ.
There's about eighty college football games every weekend.

So if that 80% number you say is accurate, that means 20% of the games are good.
If there are 80 games a weekend, and 20 percent of them are good games, that would mean there are sixteen good games.

Let's have some fun with numbers, me being the geek that I am I can't resist.
There are 32 teams in the NFL.
If every NFL team was in action on any given weekend there would be sixteen games.
(Did you see what I just did there, did ya, did ya?)

Would each and every one of those NFL games be a good contest, or would there be a few duds?

Good thing I didn't bet any of them, would've made my bad day worse.
