    Ego's Edge on Notre Dame/Alabama

Tonight, I'm making a 2 unit play on Notre Dame/Alabama UNDER the currently posted 139 1/2 total. This number has went up from the opening number of 136. so we may be able to get a 140 soon.

Both teams still looking for their offensive identity, as the Irish continue to struggle from the perimeter (except for Quinn) , while Bama's Steele has had a hard time at the point, partly because of a back injury. He is expected to be in the line-up tonight, though.

The Crimson Tide will be without a couple of swingmen, Felix and Brock, so they probably will settle into a slower paced game, especially if Notre Dame doesn't attempt to push the tempo.

I'm looking for the Irish to try to work the ball inside to Francis, as he's been their most dependable player. With Bama also not exactly lighting it up on the outside, they'll look to Davis and Davidson in the paint as well.

Both squads do hit the boards hard, so there may not be a whole lot of 2nd chance points, either.

Still don't trust ND, even as an almost double-digit doggie, especially on the road. They looked better versus Michigan, but this team is still "drought prone" with their streaky shooters.

Projected score: Alabama 69 Notre Dame 62
