Why? I realize the Hawkeyes got embarrassed last week, and they look pretty suspect overall this year. Not convinced that Pitt should be favored by that much in this spot. Am I missing something? I have Iowa right at the opening line -- +4.

Haven't found Pitt to be super impressive either. I lean towards Iowa getting a TD...just think it'll be a close game and wouldn't want to lay 7 on a team that doesn't move the ball all that well through the air.Comment -
I respectfully disagree gentlemen, these guys barely beat Northern Iowa and Ball St, then lost to their rival Cyclones. Now they're on their first road game and playing a red hot pitt team. Pitts style of play fits well with Iowa's defensive style. Iowa has been getting beat (isu and uni anyways) by shifty QB's and quick/skilled RBs....while pitt's back is good, IA generally fares well against this type of team.....that being said if I were to bet the game I'd feel most comfortable with the underComment -

I agree. I like Pitt by a lot actually. Pitt has offense, Iowa does not. Now Iowa has not allowed a rushing TD all year but their offense can't score either. Pitt is the more physical team and that will show in the 2nd half. I'm looking to hammer the 2nd half depending on situation.
Ferentz seems to not give a shit anymore. He's getting paid no matter what and they ain't firing him. He use to be a great coach, he looks like a dinosaur now. He lost the game last week and I'm sure some of the players are still pissed.
