SBR cappers to follow for NCAAF this year?????
College football season is just days away and since I only really joined SBR at the end of last football season I am wondering who are the top cappers that kill NCAA football here?

I have been following NoCoin and Tommy Karate for MLB over the summer and did fairly well tailing their picks. Also did pretty good in NCAA hoops tailing the picks of LeeTreaper.

I am looking to see if there is someone that kills NCAA football and the NFL.....

Anyone have any suggestions for some top notch cappers?

Night-Tripper would be my recommendation for college football.

Thanks I will check him out. Any other suggestions from anyone? I wouldn't mind having a few to compare.

Please do not follow me. IMO, if you have to follow someone, you should not be wagering. You are just looking for a free ride, and that does not happen very often. If you cannot pick teams by yourself, do not wager. It really is that simple.

          DO NOT FOLLOW ANYONE.

          EVER.

Let me ask you something... if you visited a casino, would you hand someone your bankroll and tell them to play your money for you?

Odds are they aren't as good as you think they are.

Above 2 posters bring up very good points. If you are only betting chump change then it's ok to follow. Otherwise learn to cap.

Not looking to blindly tail bets. I am looking for a couple of people to follow who are very knowledgable about the sport. If you look up the threads for NoCoin or Tommy Karate there is a ton of information in there by a number of good MLB people. I don't see whats wrong with using that information and seeing who others are on to help pick the games you want. This process has worked well for me in MLB this season in combination with my own research on pitching matchups

And let me ask you something........ without knowledgable people to follow, who know the sport well, then how would you presume that one would go about learning how to cap those games?

                  Seriously?

You need me to explain this to you?

I'll do it because I'm bored.

One... if you are clueless about the sport... don't bet it until you understand it. I wouldn't invest a single dime of my money in any venture I didn't understand.

Next. It's 20---fuking--14, and there is more info available on the internet than anyone could ask or hope for.

                  Use that data.

Pick 5 games randomly on a college football game, handicap them on data you think is important. Don't place any actual cash on the games, pick a side and see how you do.

If you win... great, look at the game, why did you win? If you lose? Same thing.

It isn't difficult to understand or learn.

There is no guarantee of winning. But at least it will be your work, not some broke fuking tout's.

If you have any questions and do not want to post them on this thread feel free to send me a message, and I will try to answer them to be the best of my abilities. Everyone has there own little things they base there plays on. For example early in the season I believe the offensive and defensive lines make a real difference, more so than anything else, but others might value the quarterback play. You will learn from experience what will work fo you. Good luck to you!

Twestacott, I disagree with SamDiamond and Microbetter. Like you, I tailed NoCoin (and Stifler's chase system) and did very well in baseball. As SamDiamond points out, there is a ton of info out there. However, I don't have/want the time to do all the research that NoCoin and others do. I feel very fortunate to follow the knowledge and research done by guys like NoCoin. I look to continue to tail good cappers in NCAA football which is why I looked into this thread. From what I have heard around SBR, I believe Leetreaper, 2daBank and NoCoin may be the best guys to follow for NFL and NCAA (vegasreaper does pretty well in NCAA too I believe).
I also invest in the stock market via mutual funds. In essence, I give my money to some wise guys that know the stock market. Based on SamDiamond's logic this is stupid, but I've done pretty well in that arena as well.
Good luck twestacott and let me know if you stumble on any other good info.

I like to know when and where the game is at. For example a 12 noon game is different than a prime time night game. Thats just my take.

Good to know I am not the only one. Lee following your NCAAB March Madness thread alone made me something like +25 units. Besides if your feeling is that people who follow another poster are just looking for a free ride and you should not tail them then why start a thread to post your picks in the first place? I would think if you have a thread dedicated to your picks in a specific sport that the whole purpose is to share with others?

                                      No coin?

I have nothing against him personally--- nothing.

But here is his thread from last college football season.

                                      Not so good..

No coin just quit. Walked off. That was it. End of game.

Now, he did have a great NFL season if I remember..... but you're here asking about NCAA Football.

For MLB I find NoCoin to be one of the most consistant cappers on here. He is up over 70 units this year and was over 100 last year. You just have to be willing to back a lot of bad teams and grind it out as he picks a lot of dogs. Be prepared to lose a lot of games but at the end of the day you will normally find yourself in the positive
