#1192Copied from the vegasreaper thread, who has put a lot of time and effort into helping others here on the forum, and a member I respect to the utmost. In honor of his dedication to the forum, I made a contribution several weeks ago, when he asked for some of his followers to donate a little to this great cause, but only 6 people came forward, so I bumped his thread up again, hoping some others will also donate a small amount, even if it is only twenty dollars, as will be very helpful and appreciated, not to mention going to a great cause. The vegasreaper is all class.
Originally posted by vegasreaperOh I also amost forgot I wanted to take a moment to thank each of the six people who kindly and graciously gave from their winnings to help out Brianna, Brian and Emma their mom said thank you so very much it was so appreciated and unexpected. So once again you know who you are thank you so much for making their Christmas a little brighter...ONE FOR EACH OF YOU THANKS!!!!
Originally posted by UrbanwildlifeIt is very fricking sad that only 6 people gave anything back for all the help you have provided. Please send me the account info. again so I can make another contribution when I get back home on the 2nd of January. I also would like to thank the other 5 contributors for contributing to this great cause!Originally posted by 16johnnymacNot sure what happened but let me know and I am willing to help

Originally posted by vegasreaperI had just mentioned how i had been helping this family single mom, deadbeat dad and two beautiful children while she was going to school and working all while taking care of her children one of which who has Autism. and I had mentioned how i give them 10% of my winnings and if people could step in and give whatever through paypal as a gift to the family and only 6 people stepped up and they were more than greatful. She didnt expect that at all I just felt that I would get them alot more donations than what stepped it up.Originally posted by vegasreaperYeah I was kind of disappointed. I thought alot more would step up to the plate. Here it is again brianandautism@hotmail.com through PayPal and just give as a giftOriginally posted by UrbanwildlifeThank you and I am sending $250.00 dollars and will add another $50.00 to each contribution that matches mine, so step up to the plate and do the right thing guys, and make some type of contribution out of respect for the time and efforts of the vegasreaper! Your kindness in doing so will be very helpful and appreciated! Remember it is going to a great cause, and it is a small price to pay for all the efforts and time vegasreaper provided you throughout the season. If you can afford to party you most certainly can afford to contribute to this worthwhile cause! Thank you in advance for doing so!!!Comment -

By the way he types?
VegasReaper made an outrageous claim that he made 63K betting football.
When me and a few others pointed out how much bullshitting he was doing, he changed his story to "The winning was really my dad".
What?
VegasReaper began a thread in August--- he told everyone how great a year he had in 2012--- I did a little math, and he was 30-37 and quit his thread.
Want the link?
He came back and said he made a mistake or two.
Un huh.
Just sayin'.Comment -

#1204Lets do it "In The Money"
Also for those who sent me messages inquiring if I was still fulfilling my promise of donating $250.00 dollars to the vegasreaper, yes as my word always is my honor, and could care less if the money was spent on whiskey and women by him, as the time and efforts he put into helping others on the forum is
worth this little amount of money, even though I feel the donation is going to the family of the autistic child, as I feel the vegasreaper is a quality guy who I have come to respect and appreciate. If you do not agree with me, I respect your decision, and there is no need for you to clutter up the thread with your b.s, as it is my money, and I can choose to spend it any way I please. I know I am doing the right thing FOR ME!
Good luck to all in the remaining bowl games, and hope to see you at the pay window for a cold one!

Seriously, players should do there own homework, and not depend on me or other knowledgeable posters for there plays. This forum as well as others like it contain a lot of information that will help a player make a conscientious decision on what is the best play for them, so my suggestion to you is do your own due diligence instead of relying on others. If you have any questions feel free to send me a private message, and if I can be of help to you I most certainly will.
Good luck to you!Comment -

#1224Urban, if you really think that Corny and Bear are two of the best cappers in here, I have to question your judgement my friend. How many times have the people in here caught these two trying to B.S. everyone in here? They are terrible as far as football goes. They may be good in other sports, but NOT in football, college or pro.Comment -

#1225For BigdaddyQH:
HUMOR:
Humour or humor (see spelling differences) is the tendency of particular cognitive experiences to provoke laughter and provide amusement. The term derives from the humoral medicine of the ancient Greeks, which taught that the balance of fluids in the human body, known as humours (Latin: humor, "body fluid"), controlled human health and emotion.
People of all ages and cultures respond to humour. Most people are able to experience humour—i.e., to be amused, to smile or laugh at something funny—and thus are considered to have a sense of humour. The hypothetical person lacking a sense of humour would likely find the behaviour induced by humour to be inexplicable, strange, or even irrational. Though ultimately decided by personal taste, the extent to which a person finds something humorous depends on a host of variables, including geographical location, culture, maturity, level of education, intelligence and context. For example, young children may favour slapstick such as Punch and Judy puppet shows or cartoons such as Tom and Jerry, whose purely physical nature makes it more accessible to them. By contrast, more sophisticated forms of humour such as satire require an understanding of its social meaning and context, and thus tend to appeal to more mature audiences.
SARCASM:
Sarcasm is "a sharp, bitter, or cutting expression or remark; a bitter gibe or taunt."[1][2] Sarcasm may employ ambivalence,[3] although sarcasm is not necessarily ironic.[4] "The distinctive quality of sarcasm is present in the spoken word and manifested chiefly by vocal inflections".[5] The sarcastic content of a statement will be dependent upon the context in which it appears.[6]Comment
