I totally agree MSU has an amazing D....however...with the National Championship in sight, having played that poorly, I just don't think it can happen again....I think with Hyde and the play action, Bucks will move the ball enough...Love the fact the game is indoor...will help OSU D play a little better and the offense will be on fire!@...

Also have pretty much decided to stay away from the Auburn game, but the decision is not final yet. As I wrote in a previous post, they have destiny on there side, but the more I have looked at this game, I think Missouri is going to be the winner, as this is a bad match up for Auburn. The defensive front of Missouri is damn good, and I believe they are going to be able to contain Auburn quarterback Nick Marshall from getting around the corner, which is where he does the most damage, and contain the running game. Missouri put the clamps on Johnny Manziel, so I see no reason they will not do the same to Marshall. I also do not think Auburn can stop the passing game of Missouri. Franklin is a damn good quarterback with some very good big receivers to get the ball to. Two other factors in this game I have looked at is special teams, and this a big edge to Auburn, as Chris Davis is one of the best return men in the country on both kickoff returns and punt returns, and the Missouri place kicker is having all kinds of problems, so Missouri is going to have to be putting the ball into the end zone.

100%-- if Miller is putting the ball on the ground...they don't have a chance...But here is some good newsespite the reprimand and the ejections, both Hall and Wilson have not been suspended by the conference for Saturday’s Big Ten title matchup against No. 9 Michigan State. Urban Meyer has also said he will not hold the players out of the game with the Spartans.

I know I am looking at this through scarlet colored glasses, but I just do not see how MSU can keep up with the Bucks. This is the same Sparty group who got beat by the fighting leprechauns. Yes they have a great D, byt with a 2 headed monster, you have to pick your poison. I see Hyde going for 150-160 and Miller going for 75-80. If they can do that and hit a little play action, I see this being a 15-20 point game.

The only thing that scares me: Will OSU try to run that BS run/option into a Michigan State D like they did into Michigan...Lets fuckkin hope not....Brax will fumble the ball and hyde wont go as far, leaving a high # of 3rd downs.....we need to spread it out and score with big plays...not grind it out ....and Urban I can see how you got spooked off the Auburn bet...Missouri got scored on a few times by Jonathan Pigskin, but as time went on, they figured him out...I'd still probably lean Auburn but seeing Missouri "shock" people by winning wouldn't surprise me that much....**Missouri was still lucky to run that TD in for a cover at the end of the game

Remember Irish was only setback for Spartans. Sparty Fields the best Defense in the land right now. In their only loss, held Irish to 13 FD's and 221 yards of offense. Stout Sparty D also held Wolverines to 12 FD's and 168 yards in 29-6 rout. Bucks sieve like D allowed 600+ yards last week. Simply shocking.

I know the MSU O can sputter, but they've won every league game by double digits. That Buckeye D was horrid last week and made anemic Wolverine O look like studs. MSU has only allowed 5 rushing TD's all year. Surrendered 0,3,6,6,3 - 5 of last 6. Cal Bears, NW, Ill and all hung 24 + on Buckeyes.

In regards to the MSU/OSU game, it seems like everyone has hit most of the important points/facts on the head. One thing I haven't seen brought up is the fact that Ohio State's defense has been much more successful against non-mobile quarterbacks. As much as Connor Cook is improving the fact of the matter is the guy still gets spooked at the sight of a pass rush. Definitely something to consider when evaluating both teams.
Anyone know what the deal was with that MSU/Purdue game back in October??? Think they only won 14-0..?

@Urban. Lots of good games. Still thinking about where I'm going to pick my spots. I haven't made any bets yet, watching lines. Time to mostly stick to straight bets now. Doubt anyone could call 4 or 5 games. Some of the teaser lines look tempting, but that's why they call them teasers.

Straight bets ~ Mizzu is feeling like my strongest, followed by MSU. Like Ok St and Baylor, don't like laying that kind of points. Don't trust Sooners and really don't trust Horns. Bears should be amped for final game in Floyd Casey Stadium. Lot of emotion and Horns top tackler and LB Steve Edmond out. Bears getting healthy, Seastrunk is big and should be close to full health. Horns D struggles against up tempo offense.

I'm actually pretty interested in that Bowling Green/N. Ill game. Both teams made me $$$' s this year. Seems you soured on Huskies. Be careful, like I said before, Jordan Lynch wills the team to victory. Guys got burned (me) laying a bucket of points against W. Mich, with top receiver and RB out. WR Tommylee Jones sat out the last two games. Considering how much Lynch runs, missing his top receiver with 74 receptions and go to back on short yardage, was huge.

I hate to go against BG and # up to -4. BG plays impressive D and they can score. But, NIU brings a ton of upper classmen to this game. Some I believe are playing in 4th MAC title game. 5th yr Sr Lynch will also have big edge in experience vs BG Soph QB Johnson. Running QB's are tough to stop and lethal @ extending drives. They can be demoralizing when you can't stop them. See Bama. JR RB Stingily was also out for W. Mich game and will have edge over BG Soph RB Greene. Should be a great game. I want to take the points, but in what is basically a pick'em game hard to go against Lynch and that win streak.

I totally understand what you are saying, but the lines are so tight that the risk is very high when you are not playing for entertainment purposes. I have had my most successful season, and I am a player who has no problem walking away when nothing is to my liking. That is why I stayed away last weekend. I will know what I am going to do tomorrow that is for sure, as I am still looking at a couple of things.

I posted this last night. Line now down to Cards -3. Looks like books are seeing Bearcat $'s

Cincy looked good last game against Houston. Solid D and rock solid line. Original lean is Cards, but back and forth. I get a bunch of newsletters and most calling for tight game.

Previous post. Cards have been $ burners, but haven't been single digit fav's all year.

Louisville has a good team, but damn, it sure doesn't pay to back those Cards with $'s.. Then again, the Ville has never been under a TWO TD fav this year. Now 3 1/2 ? Bearcats looked strong against Cougars, but just escaped SMU.

Cards play rock solid D and Bridgewater gives them the edge, in my eyes. I really like that Card D line and ends. Should be a great game.

100% agree. Auburn's last two games have both been decided in the final seconds by absolute miracles. If Alabama didn't have the worst kicking team in the SEC (which I still don't understand how they haven't addressed...), and/or the Tigers hadn't gotten that ridiculous bounce at the end of the Georgia game, we wouldn't even be talking about them right now.

That said, anyone playing the Tigers should probably do so sooner rather than later as that +2 will come crashing down on gameday, I think. Teasing to +8 seems like a great opportunity as well.

Reminds me years ago playing 6,5,4 shaking dice, with whoever shook the first 6 called the shot, ever who got the 5 paid for it, and whoever got the 4 had to drink it, and of course when you were the one calling the shot, you called for something like scotch which if you are not a scotch drinker really sucks, or 151 rum which really fcuks a person up quick. Those were the days, but now my shots are always of Tequila Tradicional, which is a Mexican tequila.!

Going slightly against my gut and riding the Bearcats @ home +3. Ran through the stats one more time and it just seems that the Card O is in decline, ever since that UCF loss. Cards struggle on road. I believe the O line for Cincy swayed my decision. 11 sacks in 392 pass attempts. Kay@ 70.3%. Cincy has a very strong home dog record. Tuberville @ home vs ranked teams 11-9-1 ats s/01 , but 10 outright upsets incl 9 over top 10 teams. Bearcats the hotter team and I'll grab the points with the home doggie.

The only other play I've locked in so far is Missouri +2. I went in strong on that pay. Still keeping a eye on lines. If Spartans move up to +6 vs OSU, well, I plan to bite on that pretty hard also.

On his second shake using only two dice, if he gets a five, then he also has to pay for it, and if he does not get a five, the dice are passed to the next person. When the 6 is rolled the dice is taken out, when the 5 is rolled that is taken out, and obviously whoever gets the four is the guy who has to suffer drinking the worse shot imaginable. Goldschlager was another horrible shot that we used to call out.

Beer Pong, Quarters, Thumper. Sometimes we just took a deck of cards and dealed them out. Pairs chug and low card chugs, maybe the joker for something nasty. Brutal. Thumper allowed guys to go after others on the ropes. Those damn hand signs got real tough as the game wore on. Some of the most brutal nights I've had were with Thumper and a keg of beer. Beer Pong is awesome. Warped a couple tables before they came out with the outdoor playing surface. Dart games and Pool also have nice options for drinking.

Quarters always pissed me off. There was always some chick that would jump in that would be a dead shot. You wondered if she practiced 24/7 when she would nail it over and over and over. Never play quarters with any chick, below a 6. Bad sh*t happens, she could have ulterior motives.
