This is a courtesy email to inform you that yesterday you played Parlays that are in breach of our 3 key rule.
Please find a copy of the rule below from the wagering rules of www.heritagesports.com

43. You can select any one team up to ONLY 3 times on your parlay and/or teaser combinations. Players, please keep a record of your team selections. If you select the same team (or total) in more than 3 parlays AND/OR Teasers, we can make ALL of your wagers involving that team or total a NO ACTION.

We also wanted to advise you that our Max Parlay Limit for College Football is $2000. So you can see that by using the same Teams in multiple Pars, multiple times, circumvents the Parlay policies we are trying to operate with. If you would like to discuss this further, please call and ask to speak to your Account Manager. We do thank you for choosing Heritage Sports.

Urban, you've been on fire, hats off.

I've been aware that Heritage has a limit of playing a single team over 3 times in any parlays. I ran into an issue with this last year when I did some round robins. I don't do them as much any more. Had some teasers, ML and parlays and was also warned about it.

Bottom line, they never say anything until you get over $5k in profits. They then deem you as no longer a recreational better and consider you playing with house money. At that point all rules are enforced.

Heritage has people in the forum. I believe more so to monitor negative feedback. When you started to post tickets a couple weeks back, I tried to warn you not to post ticket #'s that make it very simple for them to identify who you are. I think you misunderstood me and deleted the amounts, at first. I believe later on you went back and deleted the ticket #'s which was wise. Nothing to gain by posting those. I do think it's cool to post factors like a $1k bet pays $8k, so 8X. Simply because some of the pay-outs are eye opening and it sucks to grab your calculator and figure out for example, a 9 team moneyline play.

Another thing you have to be careful of is betting late. I'm a bit of a nightowl and sometimes will do a bunch of bets late at night (especially Friday) when everyone at the book has left. They have a cumaltive total of $500. Of course you only get the call or email when you win.

They are pretty cool and will usually give you a friendly warning the first time. They have become less personal since absorbing Bet Jamaica a couple years back, who I also had an account with. BETJM was big and Heritage became a lot bigger after that deal.

Bottom line, I think you would be amazed how many people look at these threads and forum and never say anything. It's one thing to have a bunch of guys trailing straight bets. Even Parlays, but buying down points is pretty unique.

I love Pinny, but was shown the exit there due to US residency. Might be wise to set up an account there as a second option in the event anything happens.

Here's the rule I spoke of.

42. The maximum limit on overnight lines (basically from the last half time of the night until we open the next morning) is any combination of wagers totaling no more than $500. Any multiple bets made during this time that exceeds this limit will be deemed NO ACTION.

Update:
Just got done speaking with the wagering manager, thanks to the account manager assigned to me, providing me a call. He explained the policies to me, but he also took into consideration what I was saying to him, so he is going to look at my pending plays and return my call. The wagering manager I spoke to was very friendly and was willing to listen, so lets see what happens when he calls me back.

I have been with Heritage for some time now, and as I have posted many times previously, I view them as the top SportsBook in the world, as there customer service department, wagering opportunities have been that good. Hopefully this issue can be resolved in a way where no harm is done. I have faith that they will work this out with me, as they have been a class operation for some time.

I am not sure what is going to happen, but I am sure they will come through for me with my pending plays, as they have always been a first class book in the past, and I see no reason they will not continue to be. I just want to make others aware of this rule who play at Heritage.

Sounds positive that communication has started well with book. Looks like an honest mistake.

I'm on Cincy also, but at - 2 1/2 before the kick. No strong opinion on this game, but knew Memphis Offfense is god awful.

Let's get this and start the weekend early.

Thursday looks good. I like Houston and have them on a couple cards. Backing off now as # @ - 18 1/2. Have a few lottery tickets with them bought down to - 13 1/2 . Like that a lot. Strong lean Arizona St. I really like them, but hesitant when they are on the road. Leaning Rice plus points, solid squad. I feel they will have success running the ball and control tempo.

Been busy and need to firm up some plays.

Cincinnati is a bogus team, as it almost looks like they are trying to lose with the missed field goal and after point, giving up several 4th down plays for first downs, not recovering that fumble, and most certainly not being able to tackle.

Memphis is horrible and they dropped a bunch of passes that hit them in the hands.

Cincy D looked soft, but only gave up 237 yards. more due to woeful Tiger O.

Store that nugget in the back of your memory.

They have Houston and Louisville on the sked going forward.

Those boys don't drop a lot of passes.

Biding my time... liked Auburn at -9 and really liked them at -8. Now that they're at -7.5, I've becum greedy... and I'm hoping it'll go to -7.

I don't believe the Razorbacks have packed it in, but I do feel that Auburn has more to play for and should be more motivated. I'm still trying to evaluate the melodrama over the game films that has caused such a broo-ha-ha to see if I should give it some consideration as to line value.

Thanks for your input Night-Tripper, and I just do not see how Arkansas keeps this game close, unless they play there game of the year, as there offense is pathetic with zero passing game. In fact in there last 4 games they have failed to complete 50 percent of there passes. They also have been destroyed over the last three games, getting outscored by Florida, South Carolina and Alabama by a total score of 134 to 17.
