#2all i keep hearing from people on other forums is how sam houston state is going to have a hard time in the snow, cold and elevation level. but this situation is perfect for them because of how well they run the ball = flanders. they have lots of experience and there O line is solid.
however, montana state has the revenge factor here since they got hosed by shs last year and should come out with some extra motivation.
if montana state's O line gets no push and creates no running lane for there rb's then they lose. hands down. montana's states O line is the biggest question mark and if they cant hold up they lose. and will lose badly.
shs comes in relaxed and ready. they played a tougher schedule then montana state and battle tested on the road this year.
this game comes down to who can run the ball efficiently and consistantly better. mistakes will be key and obviously turnovers will play a major factor. i trust sds. sds has a huge upper hand in special teams as well.Comment -

#5Friday
Mostly cloudy with snow. High of 3C with a windchill as low as -9C. Windy. Winds from the WSW at 20 to 30 km/h. Chance of snow 80% with accumulations up to 3 cm possible.
If the wind hold...under.Comment -

#14with the predicted forecast it will be tough to utilize speed and run effectively (obviously). this is not very good news for runing backs who rely on making there usual cuts and maneouvers thru the line of scrimmage. although if holes are generated and the backs can run quickly from north to south then it will be hard to stop them. also - and if either team relies on throwing the ball tonight then they lose. this game is going to come down to who's o line is toughest and can sustain it. this is sam houston state without a doubt. I don't think montana state has faced a team like sam houston state all year and i dont trust there toughness here, especially throughout the game. some can say the elevation will have a factor on sam house state throughout the game but these guys are experienced and are ready. they are very good atheletes.
something also to consider
montana state is DEAD LAST in the big sky conf. in punt yards. 39 yard avg. sam houston averages 43 which isnt by much more but its something to consider when many punts will be kicked and the ball will feel like kicking a watermelon.Comment -

#23The wearher is good out. The temp will drop when the sun goes down. Dont think the the weather will play a factor. Im taking the points here. Think shsu wis outright. Last year was 49-13 shsu. Dont think the teams have changed 36 points.Comment -
