If you think Penn State could put up a fight against Vandy like what NW did, go right ahead. Dual threat qb, plus another qb with great red zone numbers equals Northwestern by 4.

Penn St. getting too much respect all of a sudden. Beat 2 horrible teams in Navy and Illiinois. I'll take my chances with NW, they have a chance at the Rose Bowl with how bad the Big 10 is and they know it.
