Still waiting on a tiny $650 payout. Been waiting over 2 weeks and after numerous attempts with customer service I have had no luck.
I am reaching out to customer service and linking this thread for a reply because nothing else is working

Well just got off customer service again with Betbigdollar and the finance department will not be back till next week, this is Saturday, and Amanda escalated it again and I should know something by Wensday.
I requested withdrawal on 8-20-20 and today is 9-12-20.
Also I noticed my account went from pending withdrawal of 650 to a charge back of 550 and now they is $0 money in pending withdraw and $0 in my account.
So the plot thickens.

Yea yea I know I play at the big ones and the sbr recommend ones also but I also like to play some of the smaller ones to mix it up and get the big bonuses and try a variety of games. I'm not saying I'm distraught over the 650 but I feel like I should share the experience and hopefully it will work out and if not it can be a warning to someone else

If a place can’t pay 650 in 24-48 hours get the hell out of there.
