JDS has some very underrated grappling and TDD.

    That was the difference tonight

jds wins an easy fight.this fight was the easyest win of jds`s career.
what happened to cain?.kongo hit cain hard but cain recovered within 1 second each time.I guess it must have been the rocky music that scares everyone.

JDS is a killer with killer instinct. If he smells blood, your head will be banging against the canvas no matter how good your recovery is

My conclusion after tonight: BETTING ON HEAVY WEIGHTS IS HEAVY RISKS.

Just look historically how many time the belt has changed hands. There's never been a dominant champion:

Randy Couture is the most dominant champion of all time. lol

In the end I'm happy, been a JDS fan forever and have been flip-flopping on the fight since it was announced and decided to not bet on it yesterday.

Still ended up down because of Yamamoto though

Not a great night for me, net profit so far about $295. I hope my Marquez-Pacquiao plays come through.

I never liked Cole Escovedo as a fighter, and don't have much time so I didn't research him and Caceres, even though I thought Caceres might be a good play. Wish I had now.

If Darren Uyenoyama legitimately won that short-armed midget surprised me, I didn't think he'd have much for Kid.

                                      1. EliteXC on CBS (5/31/2008): Kimbo Slice vs. James Thompson— 7.281 million 2. UFC on Spike TV (10/10/2006): Tito Ortiz vs. Ken Shamrock— 6.524 million viewers 3. EliteXC on CBS (10/4/08): Seth Petruzelli vs. Kimbo Slice— 6.451 million viewers 4. EliteXC on CBS (5/31/2008): Robbie Lawler vs. Scott Smith— 5.867 million viewers 5. Despite White's nostalgia and best intentions, UFC on Fox 1 reeled in about 4.5 million viewers last night, which is about 2 million less than the sport's very first taste of terrestrial television three years ago (May 31, 2008) on CBS, when Miami bareknuckle brawler Kimbo Slice took on James Thompson in the Elite XC: "Primetime" main event.

The ratings are in for UFC on FOX 1, which will likely disappoint Dana White and network execs, considering that the championship fight between Cain Velasquez and Junior dos Santos didn't beat Kimbo Slice on CBS back in 2008.

The fight went as i expected (JDS by KO/TKO) in the first round. As a Brazilian, the night was wonderfull, Cigano with the belt and my pocket full of money

Mackens is appealing the headbutt TKO. I bet it gets overturned as it was pretty clear in the replay. Too bad the I wont get the money I had on him back!
