    is rashad really hurt?
    its weird they announced that right today, i feel like that information would have gotten out earlier.

    sorta feels like it was planned for this to happen or something, i dunno.


    and you would think jones would know that evans was already hurt given that they train together. unless his suprise was just that others were passed in lew of giving him the title shot.

          I think it was a foregone conclusion that the winner of this fight, especially Jon Jones, would be the #1 contender. Apparently Jones is the only person who didn't know this.

          The presentation just kinda came off weird.

          From Dana being in there for no reason; to Joe Rogan announcing it live; to Shogun immediately walking into the octagon. Very WWE'ish.

              crazy that jones is supposed to fight in time for ufc 128 though.

              thats like about a month to train.

                  Damn, I was telling everyone that Jones would be heavyweight champ, on account of Rashad reminding everyone that Shogun handles wrestling like a kick to the balls, and there being no chance in **** all of them agreeing to fight each other.
