AFAIK is scored as if Lupita was on bottom with Penne on top.

Those minutes of back control time add up.

It all depends on whether the judges liked Lupita's striking or Penne's control time more.

The knee is an accidental foul. It is not part of the scoring criteria for either fighter. Judges should NEVER be scoring accidental fouls nor scoring the fight because "they felt sorry" for someone.

He was milking it just like Aljamain Sterling.
