I guess they expected I was a beard account for someone else , they asked how much is in my account and my recent bets. She changed my password, and said they do this randomly,and my accounts back up and runnin.

That or might have something to do with specific accounts that have been active for a while, as my account is fairly new I did not have to verify my account details or change my password.
