#73CB Dolloway vs Nate Marquardt.. Hmmmm?
<small>UFC on Fox 17 - Middleweight 3 rounds - Amway Center - Orlando, Florida - FS1</small> Sat 12/19 1501 Nate Marquardt <input id="editx" name="M1_5" size="4"> +350 <input id="editx" name="L1_5" size="4"> o1½ -160 7:00PM 1502 C.B. I'd say the sport has passed Nate bye at this point, CB Dolloway whom is peaking now should steam roll Nate.. I'd say if the old Nate Marquardt shows up he will make this a fight though, big if. Nate has shown decent striking skills and always had some defensive wrestling and Jits... Strong guy in the cage for the most part.. Nate's chin is arguably glass at 36 years old also...
The industry pioneer in UFC, Bellator and all things MMA (aka Ultimate Fighting). MMA news, interviews, pictures, videos and more since 1997.
Bottom line is Nate has now lost 5 of 6 fights and I honestly don't understand why he is still employed under the UFC banner? A must win for Nate in this fight to keep his job one would think.. A win over CB would be huge for Nate as well..
CB Doll is the play though make no mistake about it.. However that Nate KO prop is always tempting.. The Under 1.5 at +140 might not be a bad call either..
1529 Marquardt wins by TKO/KO <input id="radiox" value="M1_121" name="radiox" type="radio">+760 1533 Dollaway wins by TKO/KO <input id="editx" name="M1_153" size="4"> +170

#80Donald Cerrone has amazing value. A Jackson-Wink game-plan against a guy possibly coming off the juice that he arguably would have defeated in a 5 round fight when they met not long ago. I think Cerrone turns it on in round 3 and dominates the championship rounds. I think he can survive the first couple without being in too bad of shape and honestly, I think he may be able to win 1 of the first couple rounds because he'll have a solid strategy this go around. I think Cerrone by decision is the likely outcomeComment -

#81Card is very hit or miss IMO. No way am I betting the Dolloway/Nate fight. One has zero fight IQ or chin and the other is so washed up it isn't even funny. Maybe check out the ITD plays? No way I back a Diaz or lay that kind of juice against one but maybe Johnson by decision at even money is good? Nate has a solid chin and should be able to survive but who knows. I really thought I would play Oliveira against Jury, but everyone STILL seems high on Jury after that embarrassment of a performance in his last fight out. Will probably wait and see how he performs in his FW debut. Too much juice on the JDS fight. I think he should tag him but -180 or so is a lot to lay.Comment -

#84On to what I do like
In the first fight, Francis Ngannou should outweigh his opponent by 20-30 pounds and he is a very raw but freak athlete who has great footwork for a heavyweight. The guy has decent takedown defense and decent subs considering. I just can't see the brazilian getting him to the ground and holding him there. The guy (Luis Henrique) should be fighting at 205 where he can use his solid grappling attack against smaller guys. Henrique is a solid grappler but even there he has a tendency to get a little overaggressive and sloppy which is a bad combo. Don't think about it, just take the bigger and more athletic guy to win the fight
Hard to believe Jim Alers is a favorite after being finished by Chas Skelly. Alers just has an awful chin and Cole Miller isn't exactly powerless on the feet. I think Miller could also finish him with a sub even though Alers isn't awful on the ground by any means. I think the way the odds are, Miller ITD is a decent play.
I think Karolina Kowalkiewicz by decision would be a very good play as well. She's +170 right now in general, but it just depends on the price. She is a very strong striker who has great technique and conditioning against a woman that tends to gas in fights. Her takedown defense is good, so she should be able to ward off some of the Markos takedown attempts. Markos is still developing on the feet and would probably get picked apart by the much more technical Karolina if the fight stayed there.
I like Usman and Samman in a parlay together and better than even money but I'm getting lazy typing soooooLast edited by TPowell; 12-17-15, 09:19 PM.Comment -

#85Cowboy doesn't have a strategy as he's probably gonna fight exactly like did in their first bout and that's come forward and man up using his KB skills.... That might just be enough to win in this 5 rounder.. Or we could be looking at Cowboy going unconscious for the first time if RDA lands one of those over hand right hook bombs like he did in their first fight....
I really like Cowboy but he does fight with his chin up at times.
Something to keep in mind that Cerrone has had 7 months to prepare for this. He hasn't had that much time in between fights in years I don't think. Good chance he comes into this fight at his absolute peakComment -

#86I dont understand the argument about the layoff in favour of cerrone, Dos anjos havent fought since march, he probably had long time to prepare for the fight as well. Even if juicing he appears to be in great shape also last year, dec 2014. I think his cardio is legit. People talk about the last fight against cerrone, but that was the old dos anjos without cardio. Dos anjos cardio didnt improve over night. It did happen progressively through the last fights. The steroid probably if nothing gives Dos Anjos an unfair advantage. Its later he will get burnt for it. A norwegian study proved that muscle cells indeed have memory, so the individual who juices have advantage even 2-3 years later. Faster, better cardio etc. Antonio Silva is dependant of the steroid because an illness, of course he immediately will look bad : hes off his f medicine!!!!!!!! Its not a relevant comparison. Vitor Belfort had juiced for 10 years if not 15...of course hes performance would drop of. So the cheating bastard dos anjos is probably only going to be even better. Ever went to the gym with someone who juiced? They still beat your ass even when they come off. They take a few steps back, sure, but their still better than you, its a reason why they call it cheating.Comment -

Example in my case, in my mid 20's I was working out very hard for years, eating right, could not military press 185 on free weights.. Only 155 for the life of me.. I'm tall guy.. So I take the 6 week cycle and worked out the same as I always did, ate the same and sure enough I was military pressing 185 at the end of the cycle and doing reps..
A year later and off the juice I could still press the 185. Became naturally stronger off the steroids.. I did a mild steroid cycle 20 years later and just last summer.. Same thing happened.. Became stronger and recovered quickly, got ripped and could work out hard daily and not be as sore the next day... Small improvement gains in strength which I still have today..
These are the facts and they are undisputed.. I'll probably do a cycle every other year now as I don't have a problem with it and experience no ill effects.. Just positive gains..Comment -

#91I've taken steroids, and yes you do retain some of the strength gains even after you come off the juice..

I think that if youre a heavy user then you def alter the bodys natural production and regulation of testosterone. The use of testosterone youre taking is probably not unhealthy comparing to alcohol abuse, smoking, unhealthy eating, living an unhealthy lifestyle which normal people are doing eveeerryyyyyy day and then saying, drugs are bad. People are clueless.
Im not sure if we will see the immediate effect of this unless dos anjos has been on peds for a long time. If he started with peds only just now, which people are claiming then the bad effects that will make he underperform may not be apparent just yet, me thinks.Comment -

#92Thanks for sharing!! Did you train cardio? If yes, did you notice any significantly improvement or reduction in output afterwards?

I've always done cardio combined with heavy weight lifting on both cycles, but to answer your question I experienced no noticeable cardio gains, just strength gains mostly.. Depends on what type of steroid you use though.. I'm not a heavy steroid user, I don't stack roids and never did or will.. I took 2 cycles in my entire life time to date.. I enjoyed the strength gains, recovery time and most of all the energy it gave me while on the cycles.. I could lift for hours on the juice or even 2 times a day, recover quickly and off the juice I simply could not do that.. So cardio in a sense did increase in that way if you wanna call that cardio or just energy gains.. If I were doing sprints though I don't think I could run much faster and or not get as winded as easily on or off the juice..
I took Anavar this last summer and that isn't nearly as potent of a steroid like Dbol was from my experience.. Anavar was a safe oral steriod so I tried it.. Good for losing fat and getting ripped.. Mild strength gains, good energy and quick recovery gains though.
If I wanted to become a house again I would probably take Test shots and combine that with Dbol.. Don't wanna do that....Last edited by JIBBBY; 12-18-15, 02:11 PM.Comment -

I feel samman swinging to wildly and often end up on his back to often. What are youre thoughts on this? I also give the power and precision advantage to mcrory on the feet.
