I think the way it works is, using TRT or steroids stops a person's body from producing testosterone naturally.

When they come off steroids / TRT, their body has trouble producing testosterone on its own. They have low testosterone levels which is why their appearance looks pudgy, they have trouble building muscle.

Steroids can also damage a person's heart and cardiovascular system, which leads to their cardio being terribad. I'm not sure if its something that can be fixed. It might be permanent in some cases.

I tried to push Maia hard. I don't know what some of you saw in Magny to think he could beat Maia. Magny's run reminded me of Jim Miller's run. Then once Jimmy faced a top guy... Bendo - he lost convincingly.
