Santos could possibly be UFC caliber but Arreola clearly isn't. Wouldn't be shocked if he wins this, though.

Now they are saying the athletic commission won't let Brown or Lima cut any weight. I can see Lima because cutting a pound of you are a straw weight is much more difficult than if you weight 170.
