There are definitely differences between this cycle and the last two. Of course it's best to be prepared but we've never had this type of institutional money poured into the market. As long as they keep pouring the money in, the bull run will continue. Because we recovered from the $30k low, that does give confidence. The ups and downs will always occur. Profits need to be taken. We just need to keep away from the 90% crashes of the past. $31 to $2 and $1200 to $200 are the ones that hurt.

There was once in inverse relationship between BTC and ETH but now all coins follow BTC for the most part. The alt movements are more extreme. I'm still waiting for the decoupling. NFTs and gaming are on their own and SHIB is included with NFT/gaming.

The issue here is u may have sold your stuff way to soon, if your going by previous bear markets it never starts until late Nov-Dec, which means your leaving yourself wide open to miss the straight shoot up month that comes.

I mean I look at all that and ask is anything they're doing special or unique? Also, NFTs(mainly the straight up art ones) make me feel old. No matter how many times they are explained to me, I still dont see why they're valuable.

NFTs make absolutely no sense to me either as far as being valuable. Shiboshis were minting for .1, .2 and .3 ETH. The floor price is now 1.89 ETH. It all comes down to community and publicity. The best project doesn't seem to matter much.

When I look at NFTs, the first thing I check is Twitter. If they have under 10k followers, it's a pass.

It's semi-unique in that it's community run more than any other coin. Many here had their investment out a while back and are now playing on house money or have even taken investment plus profits out. My feeling is when you see anything with a strong community, jump in on it early and take some profits on the meteoric runs. All coins could bust at any time. During bull runs is when to take a few chances. Right now things are a little scary since the run has gone on so long. Alts are in danger. My sports bets are in BTC and SHIB now. If the Shiba game hits, the whole ecosystem will go crazy. There's a social club similar to Board Ape Yacht Club. People are starting to live in this virtual/augmented reality worlds.
