I tried to follow his rationale. I'm not sure. I think some of what he's talking about is back-fitting.

Yes, he tailored the numbers to match the bull runs of 2013 and 2017 - didn't change the real time data but tweaked his calculations match it. It's an interesting index and this run will be the ultimate test of how well it works. If it sucks, I'm sure he'll hear about it.

Crypto and Bitcoin will have to be regulated and controlled at some point. Bosses will start paying their employees in Bitcoin to avoid taxation. It's just that simple and just the start. Look at the ransom deals all paid in Crypto currency also. Can launder money thru bitcoin easier, Etc. Etc.

While I don't think Bitcoin will go away there will be future changes coming up.

Ouch its prolly gonna hurt for a while cause btc always does better around these times, may even take a few years. We talked about this not to long ago in this thread, I’m surprised u went the other way, most people in here are sharp as sharp when it comes to these things. Yeah couple days after I made the move is when BTC started pumping real hard. Not really losing value in fiat but I'm losing value in BTC. Oh well, too late to sell now. Just need to be patient and wait for them to catch up and even surpass

If you are in good alts you will be richly rewarded The potential gains in alts dwarf the potential of btc

Safe play is bitcoin but we may have another alt season. Alts definitely out perform bitcoin in a bull run but can drop 90% in a bear market.

I have been through a few of each. I will take my chances. Up so much on my alts it is all house money now and if btc goes to $100,000+ we will have another alt season of epic proportions. Then we hibernate for a while or at least that is what i am doing.I have my core btc and eth holdings that i have had for years but for new people just entering or with small exposure to crypto looking to add and make real wealth in the near future they have to look elsewhere. Any new money I deploy this year is going to alts .Not talking 5-10 years out who knows what will happen that far out.
