Alternative wallet to Blockchain.info/com

Customer support at Blockchain is nonresponsive.

I’ve got the 2 factor authentication on the wallet and got a new phone a couple months back. Updated info on Coinbase and sportsbook but went to log into my wallet this week and I can’t get it to remove the 2FA even after verifying email and trying to login with wallet id and password etc. it sends a request to approve to my email but then when I go back to the login page still an error.

What’s a good wallet to use for wagers now?

Do you have any funds in the wallet?

If not, just make a new wallet would be easiest solution.

I do have some in there. More frustrated by the lack of even an auto reply or way to update the info than anything.

If you saved the recovery phrase/securty phrase/words for your blockchain wallet you can recover your bitcoin using electrum.

It's a free service and there is nothing you ever need to ask them about anyway.

You can fix anything you need to yourself. Even website issues if they go down and disappear.

You never need them for any question.

I get that....beauty of blockchain model and no need for a ton of support I was just saying even with email verification, wallet ID, password and the word keys or phrase I still can’t access it and that leads to the point that they give you the “remove or reset 2fa” portion but it sends error message and gives the captcha word but even that doesn’t work. I know it’s a work in progress.....not bashing it....just looking for another viable middle pass through of the $ to get it to where it needs to go if this one doesn’t do it.

Others have got stuck the same way there.

If you have the 12 word seed phrase used to create the wallet, you can use that to recreate the same wallet in different software and regain access without blockchain help if you want.
