I think this is a little steep. Customer service told me about this today.

My only experience with having to wait for 7 confirmations at 5Dimes is if there is an issue. If you click the check status button in the cashier and the blue box comes up saying your transaction is pending they always credit my deposits after 1 confirmation. The problem is when that blue box doesn’t pop up and you have to contact support. They will not contact the processor until you have 7 or 8 confirmations. That’s only happened to me twice and it is very annoying.

I spoke too soon, my deposit has two confirmations and it hasn’t been credited. Is this new? It just went through on the third confirmation. Weird.

Yes, it's very weird. I spoke with customer support at 5 Confirmations.... and she said... sorry sir.... wait until 7 Confirmations. There's no way you could hit the 15 Minute Price Window and have it confirmed 7 times. Highway robbery at it's finest.

Thank you. I know my fees. I didn't know about 5Dimes changing their rules. They usually credited the acct within 1-2 Confirmations.

It was confirmed automatically at 6 Confirmations.

Totally got fukking hammered on this deal. Sent $24.00 more than I should of..... and then lost additional $5.50 on the conversion.

Nice to lose an extra 30.00 fukking dollars when you're sending a deposit over.

5Dimes must be using BetOnline's GD processor now.

                Can't win with these leeches.

This is some funny ass sh#$ today....

Get a PO from BetOnline (which is supposedly FREE) but when it hits blockchain.... They short me $-45.06

Sent 5Dimes a Deposit.... (which is supposedly FREE) They short me... $-29.50

A total Net loss of $-74.56

If 5Dimes confirms my deposit on the 1,2,3 confirmation.... I wouldn't of lost the additional $5.50 on the conversion...

LOL christ... I haven't even wagered yet.

SBR... Fix this nonsense up. This is 100% bullsh#$

And you will be paying -110 on everything plus waiting days for withdrawals plus good luck if you like wagering on soccer or non USA sports....that said anything more then 3:confirmation on normal sized deposits is not acceptable..

they want you to deposit via bitcoin to become an ''exclusive member" for payouts but yet you lose the money with the conversion

Wow, 7 confirmations is definitely too many. Most of the bitcoin books are at 1 confirmation.

I have never had issues with BTC with 5Dimes usually when I send from my wallet it takes 3 confirmations.

The fastest I have dealt with and had no major issues was bookmaker the deposits were almost instant as soon as they showed up on the Blockchain they would credit my account

Nitro is also fast but is a god awful experience

My only beef is that how in the world can you beat that 15 minute window for a guaranteed rate with 5D? It's impossible. It's like they intentionally want that window to expire on you.

I don't recall the last time I beat that 15 minute window at 5D? Probably 2 years ago? It's funny.... when the time expires and Bitcoin jumps up... they never give you the "additional" amount... EVER. But if Bitcoin drops after that 15 minute window.... oh... you're in some deep sh#$.... guaranteed you're getting it lowered. Never fails.
