One to watch for today?

HOU-SD Un 6'

HP umpire Paul Emmel has been a 50-50 o/u umpire the past couple of years. This year according to my record keeping he is 16-1 for the overs. This line opened yesterday at 6' and hasn't moved. Is it time to start playing unders with this guy? Just a thought.

Just thinking at some point this year he has to come back to what he's done in the past. Line hasnt moved off 6'.
