Im really thinking the Twins just cause Detroit doesn't have much run support and not a great pitcher on the mound while Minnesota does. I'm thinking Minn has good value at +117

Detroit has averaged 5.5 runs over their last 10. Not great, but not that bad either. Porcello's last 2 starts included wins at Texas and at TB giving up 2 runs in each. He did struggle early, but those are 2 solid teams he has beat lately...
