LOL Yankees Favored On The Road AND With Burnett On Mound
Books never give up, they know people will bet Yanks regardless, their bats could heat up, but Ive been fading Burnett ever since he put the pinstripes on, guy seems to be pitching for the other team 90% of the time, fat stuff right over the plate all the time, not as much late movement as in earlier days. And in pressure moments dont expect it to get better.

Actually, the public's favoring DET and pounding the DET RL so far.

Ever think the Yanks are favored because they are facing Rick Porcello?? 4.75 ERA, 1.41 WHIP and opponents batting .292 off him???? Porcello is worse than AJ.

Yeah he aint much better, but I wont put a dime on Burnett, but I like Girardi, he usually pulls pitchers quick when there is any sign of something happening, at least relievers he does, dont understand the faith in Burnett though, think it more the contract than anything, this guy would not be in my rotation and if he was he'd be a spot starter.

He's been set to pitch Game 4 since after Game 1 ended. They didn't just lose last night then decide to throw AJ in there to be the Game 4 savior. Yanks very thin at SP, who else would pitch game 4? Phil Hughes??

All i'm saying is it seems WAY too obvious that Detroit wins this game. Everyone knows AJ has had a horrible season. Everyone seems to be on Detroit in this spot. Is anyone really gonna be surprised if AJ throws 6.2 innings of 2 run ball, and the Yanks knock around Porcello and force Game 5???

Yeah Id be surprised if he went 6 and only gave up 2, dont see that really happening, probably 20% chance or a little less. Dont like Porcello either, its really kinda even with Yanks backs against wall countered with Tigers at home and momentum their way, just cant back Burnett, made that promise to myself, that guy in the past would lose games for me before the 3rd inning had started, just cant do it, hey I'm live playing so if by chance the Yanks score enough Ill jump on them if need be.

78 at bats, 88 PA's is not enough cross reference.
