    What do you mean, Mex?
I meant spotty. He was all over the plate the first inning. He pitched realy well though overall. Volquez couldn't have turned in an outing like that.

Dusty is a bullpen killer. I would think now that you guys have a world class gm (former cardinal, lol) he would take care of that real quick like.

On the Brewers telecast they showed that Codero had thrown 83 pitches in the past week. So on top of the fact that Codero is horrible he had a limp arm.

I saw Arroyo warming up in the pen with Codero, and figured that he was going to make an appearance w/ Codero as plan B. Nope, it made too much sense.

that sure seems like a lot of work, Dusty has always drove his pens into the dirt not sure how he keeps jobs.

I didn't notice that. If arroyo went in would have been stupid. Still had arrendondo and lecure fresh. Dusty is too stupid to manage pitching. Hate his lineups too where he is afraid to have two Ledford back to back. Thinks late in the game a lefty will come in and blow them away. Should worry about scoring first

Made it a bit hard when he took them to the playoff's last year when there were little expectations. I have never cared for Dusty either, can't stand how he handles the pitching staff.

Willis pitched good and even added a double. It's a shame he didn't come out of it with the W after earning his way back. He seemed to have good command. Interested to see if he can be consistent when given another chance(which I think he clearly earned) at some point.

The D-Train is too herky jerky to ever be a stable pitching threat in the big leagues.

Did you watch? He has actually reworked his mechanics and they look better, though they still aren't great.

                        Love the D-Train

Nice solid outing after the 1st/2nd inning jitters vs a tough line up

I'm gonna chase the OVER in his next few starts... especially if he is going against an ace, he will implode eventually

i would make sure cincy offense is clicking before i started this. something tells me you not gonna get very good numbers trying to go over with him at 1st. Doubt you are the only doubter out there and cincy offense hasnt been clicking.

Well yeah of course, his next start i prob won't touch it if the Reds come out of the break slumping at the plate. Maybe its just better to chase the Reds to lose when he starts... just like they blew it in his first MLB start in a long time

No reason he can't be a solid #5 in the NL if he pitches like he did vs MIL
