From the site:

"Some pitching-only based systems may work well as early as May when a pitcher has completed 15 or more starts."

Is that a typo? Does it mean to say 5 starts?

I believe it means 15 innings and not starts. Ill point it out to sportrends

I think that he has starting using -140 as the most he is willing to lay. I'm not positive, but he had a couple of posts about it and yesterday he did specifically say that the plays were only plays if you could lay -140 or less.
