Tread lightly playing Arizona tonight. The Starting pitcher, Micah Owings, was released by the Reds last year b/c he cant throw strikes. Owings is a converted outfielder, who is a former Silver Slugger award winner. Pitching is not what got him into MLB.

What about CLE, BOS (BOS line is too high and less than 20 IP, but CLE seems like it would be a play) ? Or does the CIN pitcher having less than 20 IP mean that CLE also isn't eligible to be a play? Since you are listing some games that are filtered out, thought I would see these on the filtered list, but maybe you are only listing the win streak / lose streak filters, not sure.
