Randy Wolf is pitching and favored tonight
Past indicators don't necessarily guarantee future results in baseball, but take this into consideration:

Wolf has given up 18 runs in his last 12 IP at Pittsburgh, and 12 runs in 10 IP so far this season.

The Pirates are still at + money right now. It may be a "trap" line, and granted the Brewers are the better overall team, but with Wolf's recent history, I'm taking Pittsburgh tonight and not looking back.

I'm on PIT +1 at -135. But I like the ML too just not enough the way that team has been playing at home.

Im on Pitt TT o3.5 -130. They got shut out by the brewers and trying to avoid the home sweep.

brewers win tonight....brewers literally own the pirates...they could throw a AA pitcher out there and they beat the pirates....i have nothing against the pirates...but just remember...what is the pirates record against the brewers over the past few years....both home and away?

Dating back to the 2007 season, the Brewers have compiled a 39-17 record versus the Pirates. They won 13 of 18 matchups in 2010.

I took the Pirates tonight. Like Maholm more than Wolf on the road. We'll see.

over the last 3 seasons the pirates are 8-10 SU at home vs the Brewers so it isn't as lopsided as you think

And yet, in his most recent four starts against the Pirates since last April, Wolf has surrendered 24 runs and 40 hits in 26 innings. Pittsburgh has won three of those four games.

                            Those are obscene numbers.

Maholm, on the other hand, has pitched 28.2 innings in his last four starts vs. Milwaukee, giving up only 10 runs.
