Dodgers offense is so horrible. I took on Dodgers @ 3 over +110 1 unit. I guess I am giving my money to Vegas. My only hope is in the 8th inning. Pretty much no chance against Wilson in the 9th. At this point, I will take a push.Comment -

Dodgers smash tomorrow. I absolutely love how they fought to put up 3 runs in the 9th. We lost 1 unit today but will be betting to win 2 tomorrow. Dodgers had 10 hits tonight and 5 of them came from 1 and 2 hitters. I love the Dodgers to score first bet tomorrow. Kuo and Jensen didn't pitch tonight which was huge. Ely can go 7 and turn it over to Kuo.Comment -
Do you think Dodger offense is coming back alive like it used to be? I remember the days when Ethier and Kemp were so dangerous and hitting everything. These days, Ethier has been struggling big time since the All Stars Break. He has been chasing balls and striking out a lot. Kemp, I have no idea what happened to him. I thought he is dead sure to be 30-30 player this year. His average is down, his fielding is horrible, he gets caught a lot in stealing bases, and it seems like he seems disinterested at times. I am worried about Dodgers offense even though I like them for tomorrow. Furcal is the real deal these days though.Comment -
I really wish I had time to watch every game. If I was instead of a negative down there at the bottom it would show a nice positive. I am studying for the CPA exam right now and its killing all my time. I really like Furcal's approach right now. When he is on that offense will thrive. If Podsednik can keep up his .300 average Kemp and Ethier will pick it back up as well. I am not too worried. What the Rockies did tonight does scare me though. Wow... I don't know what to think with Billingsly going on 4 days. He should be fine but I dont know if he has ever done it. I do think the Dodgers are going to score some runs and I don't see Chad at his absolutely best today.

Shortly after I posted the over for Saturday I was talking to my brother about Fridays game because I did not get a chance to watch it and he said that both Timmy and Carlos were throwing the ball right over the plate and neither team was capitalizing.
Plain and simple the Dodgers just cannot hit the ball right now. Until they prove the can get hits with runners in scoring position and Kemp and Either look more comfortable at the plate I cannot get behind them.Comment -
Cain has never beaten the Dodgers and Kershaw isn't as sharp on the road. I am going back and forth on the under and the Dodgers tonight but cannot decide. Kershaw is coming off a 5 game suspension for hitting one of the Giants. I don't know if he is going to come out afraid to hit someone and start walking the farm or is he going to be pumped up and ready to prove something. Hey D,I wasn't planning on playing this game ,but after what I am hearing and articles that I have been reading looks like the dodgers will be putting their max effort starting today. Kuroda is solid at home and even though clayton richards is equally good. It is difficult to beat the same team two games in a row. Today its dodgers big play for me.Comment -
One of their biggest motivating factors coming into todays game should be that they have to face Latos tomorrow. If they don't win tonight they are in danger of quickly going down 2-0. My optimistic prediction for the series is 3-1 dodgers with them losing to Latos on Tuesday. I dont have a great feel about tonights game. If they win, with the way the have been playing lately, it is going to have to be a grind it out 3-2 victory. If they come out and put up 6 7 runs so be it but they have been averaging 2 runs per game since the all star break and Kemp, Ethier, and the rest of the guys all look terrible at the plate right now.Comment -
Absolute, as I do think they will win tonight I wouldn't expect them to have a huge break out game. Not saying they won't but usually it takes them a few games to get back into rhythm and their timing is so off right now it is going to take a few days to work it out.

I am going to stick with my fade the Padres in August theory. Had a big win against JJ last night but that was to keep them from getting swept. Dodgers win a close one 3-2. maybe 4-3.

Even though the padres added ludwick and tejada i think it is going to hurt them more than help them until they get used to batting in a different order.
