WHAT???????? I guess since the Pats haven't played in 2 weeks, people forget them...They're the best team in the NFL hands down. They smoked the Jets by 39 at home already...What have the Jets done since then besides limp into the playoffs? They barely beat a depleted Colts team....But I guess if it wasn't for thinking like yours, I'd have to 21 today on the Pats.

Hope everybody realizes that every skill player on the Patriots offense besides Branch will be playing their 1st real game (postseason) in their careers. Don't care how much the NFL loves the Pats and gives them all the calls they can't make those skill guys have postseason experience. I look for the Pats to possibly lose this game today, also Sanchez isn't as bad as the media is making him out to be. They have 2 hate on somebody and he's been their target the last 5 or 6 weeks. Take the Jets and the points and you'll be very happy.Comment -

Did you see 45-3 drubbing on Monday Night Football - in what was supposed to be an epic clash between two 9-2 teams in Week 13.
Well, it was epic, but for completely different reasons as Tom Brady torched the Jets all night long with 326 yards passing and four touchdowns on just 29 pass attempts. That's a whooping, no matter how you slice it. So what went wrong for the Jets back then? The loss of safety Jim Leonhard was huge. He was their quarterback for the secondary, and the last thing that any team needs on "Brady Week" is to lose their leader in pass coverage decisions. Since that week New York has been sleepwalking through their schedule to qualify as a wildcard but a bad loss in the New England game, to the Dolphins at home, and another virtual upset in Chicago two weeks later have left many Jets fans wondering how to plug the holes in the leaking ship. Mark Sanchez has done just enough with a bum shoulder to keep the passing game afloat, but the offense has been far more about the ground game with Shonn Greene and LaDainian Tomlinson to get points for the defense.
Both teams know each other extremely well - possibly too well - and that means that the head coaches could dictate matchups that would be favorable for one side or the other. Call me crazy but in a battle of wits I will always take Bill Belichick over most every other NFL coach, and certainly over Rex Ryan. In the last matchup Belichick helped Tom Brady by getting Wes Welker away from Darrelle Revis both with motion and in pre-snap alignments (such as placing Welker in the backfield). If you give Tom Brady good matchups for Welker, a veteran Deion Branch as a second wide receiver, two solid tight ends with Aaron Hernandez and Rob Gronkowski, plus both Woodhead and BGE out of the backfield you might as well tell the punter to go home. New England has been scoring 31 points or more for the past eight games and I see no reason why it will not be nine on Sunday.
I love the fact that the Jets have been talking shit all week. The Pats are the last team you want to do that on.
When the lines came out Monday I made my initial plays, Pitt-3(7x), GB+2.5(10x), Bears-10(3x), Pats-8(bought .5)(10x). I added yesterday to my totals when I saw Paco on the Black & Yellow....I expect to add more today after reading about a HUGE Jets ML play thread
. I guess barely beating a depleted Colts team means you're going into Foxboro and beating a team that's firing on all 12 cylinders and that smoked you a month ago by 39.

Patriots aren't gonna receive the regular season preferential treatment they've been getting the last 5 or 6 years. Refs officiate what they see in the playoffs not what the NFL tells them to do. The business part of the season is over, now it's time for real football and unbiased officiating. I will admit a Jets ML thread worries me, but LB has really been hitting last couple of weeks.
