Melo thinks of Kobe as a big brother. Think Kobe will have a positive influence over melo and elevate his game. Why would u not wanna add melo if all u have to give up is Bynum. Plus Denver would also send birdman and wither Lawson or Chauncey. No brained for the lakers. My buddy's source confirmed that melo agreed to sign the extention with the lakers and that the offer was sent by the lakers. It's up to the nuggets now.
