Can someone tell me how to place the FLA reverse bet today? I have been trying to do some research on reverse bets online but can't seem to grasp how to place the bet and what the logic is behind them...

My book won't let me do that reverse. I can do it ML and total, but it won't let me do RL and total. Not sure why but oh well. I took them both separately.

fly good idea you NEVER want to do a reverse laying heavy odds. Yes GT if this reverse hits today that would make it 6 that hit this week.!

jmanis25, some books will not let you use a run line and total in the same game.! I guess its not in their best intrest(they will loose $) Also this year I have noticed many more books using the 20 cent line, so they will make more or us make less.

S.D + 128(2X) Jimenez vs. Correia - One will not make money bucking trends in the long run, but I cant pass this one up.! Jimenenz is one of the hottest pitchers on the planet, working on a 22.1 inning consecutive scoreless streak. So let me get this straight. All I have to do to bet him tonite is to lay ONLY -138.!! The linemakers know more than me, they set it there for a reason.! Also Correia is having a good year he is 4-1 with a 3.86 ERA. Colo. is batting 22 points lower vs. right-handers. Colo. is 0-5 last 5 during 1st game of series. S.D is 9-3 last 12 vs righties and overall they are 13-3 their last 16 games. GL

Terp.....are u sure u aren't thinking too hard on this one? Going against Jiminez tonite with a 2X bet? That seems silly to me.

Along with Halladay & Lincecum, Ubaldo is in the top 3 SP's in the NL

any feel for the total in the col/sd game cappin? im guessing you like Carrera to have a very solid outing as opposed to Jimenez getting shelled?

The longer he keeps this up, the more likely he is to have a down start. Law of averages. You fade him tonight and he delivers, double up the next game. He's one of my favorites, but he's making it look too easy so far and he's due for a correction.

Yes 2da under 6.5 is the play,but uneasy with it . Lets say Jimenez gets hit, but only gives up 3 runs. Colo. could very well score 3 runs, then a 3-3 tie and the total is sunk.!!

I don't know about that. Correia is 4-1, he's been money at home, and SD has been the better team so far.

COIN....I'd like to see what your bankroll looks like midway thru the season by doubling up next start & trying to fade Jimenez by chasing a win until he loses

good play terp, even if it did go down! I took Colorado 1st 5 while the ace was pitching for sure.

Totals is where I have my biggest problem, I just can't hit 'em. I'll lose 6 in a row before I hit one. I mean, it's startin' to look like it's rigged against me. Every game on the board will have 13-15 runs but I'll take over 8 on a game that strands 20 runners and ends 1-0. When I do hit a total, it's never one of the easy overs that's won in the 2nd or 3rd, it's one that has to go 14 innings getting it one at a time or an error in the bottom of the 9th. I dont know why I still play 'em
