I've been offered one every day for the past 4 or 5 days since I started looking. DK doesn't always make much sense to me with how or who it offers its promos to. I play a lot of props at DK. I prob. turn over 4-5K a week in props at DK. I don't know if that has anything to do with it.

Their stepped up parlay gimmick would just randomly appear some days for me during NBA season and other days not even when others got it. Not really sure how they decide or if it's random

Had Pirates for this tonight so I'm 3-1 now. I expect the limits to drop on them soon for me
