I wonder for all the questions you pose, when something seems off, if you bet the illogical way, i just wonder what they outcomes would be. People here talk about stats, records etc. Its well and good, but beyond everything is the money involved. Books have a leg up, a huge part of this is the pyschological game.

Lines that dont seem to make sense, obviously attracts many who jump on perceived value, best is to run from these type of games or go the illogical way. Just quick examples today

These were some lines for totals
Seattle - King Felix over 6 +100 under 6 -115 obvious play Under 6 with King Felix on mound. Wrong big time
NY Cleveland 0ver 9 +100 under 9 -115 both teams have decent hitters, lines seem to suggest you take over - Wrong
Detroit vs TB line was around 8 +100 for Over and -115 for Under. Almost baiting people to take under with 2 decent pitchers- Wrong

Anything that seems remotely too good to be true, just avoid, or if you have balls bet the side that does not make sense or against the public opinion. Strongly believe the outcomes are known before hand. Someone in a thread said its hard to fix baseball- WRONG

Umpires can simply call balls for apparent strikes and vice versa. This can determine who wins or if the total goes over or not. Or maybe a pitcher is greased, could be the starting pitcher or later in the innings. Bottom line books know more so we have to proceed with caution

JB i respect the hell out of you but i have no idea how you capped that gm and came up with a big play on mil? i mean im glad it worked out for you cause it was just a drop in the bucket for me since i been riding oak daily for some time, and didnt bet any more on this one than the others (actually less than some), just not sure what you had that pointed to mil so strongly? id love to hear it tho..congrats on the hit brother

Couple fun cardinal facts, 1st for those of u with live betting options cards are now 0-4 in extra innings, not 100% on record last year but I'd bet it was pretty bad as well (something to keep in mind).,

2nd and while I havnt capped this gm yet cards are like the heat of baseball having not lost b2b gms since April, clearly that will end at some point but impressive none the less.

I'm actually following tatddy's lead -- he did this a while back because he had a bad feeling in his gut about losing his profits, and so do I at this point. I'm up almost 50 units in bases this year, but was close to +70 a month ago and I'm really just spinning my wheels right now (at best). So I requested a payout today for a thousand bucks -- nothing big because I don't bet big as I've said before, but I'll take it and do something for my family with it.

As for today, I think Toronto, Pittsburgh, Cleveland and even the White Sox look good to go this afternoon. Could be a decent profit out of those four; not saying all of them hit, but they're all still at decent enough prices for now that they're worth playing IMHO.

I think Toronto's the best play on the board if you can get a +110.

Dickey back in an NL pitchers' park, everyone hammering Zito because of his amazing home/day numbers, and yet the line basically opened as a PK for a 24-34 team (10-18 road) vs. a 31-27 team that's 21-10 at home. That says it all to me.

Also, the White Sox are beyond due.

I don't have the patience for this right now. My capping is somehow off, the lines are somehow off, the movements are somehow off -- I guess all I have to do it bet chalk like Brock every game. He's on like a 15-3 run at EOG saying things like "I'm betting the over in Oakland because the temperature is going to be in the 90's" when the forecast clearly says 81. I guess the MLB betting retards can have this for a while, because I'm not going to try and figure it out. I can't make heads or tails of what is going on.

no coin..ive noticed over the previous two seasons of mlb that the first half of the year is always profitable picking dogs for + money and going against the public. then the second half of the season alot of favorites win and layin chalk becomes profitable. remember two years ago on sbr goldengreek was up over 400 units by the all star break and lost it all and more the second half of the year as he continued to play dogs....just an observation...i dont think its a coincidence. no pun intended
