#260I started a thread where I keep track of Stifler's system's performance on the RL. I'm thinking of doing that for this system as well. Maybe I'll put the numbers together tonight. Either way, loving this system so far TDK.Comment -

#261Hey TDK I am going to start tailing your system from here on out. I'm a little confused on the chases a bit. So for your 4 game chase you bet the same team for times?? As well as your over chase system?? But your doing awesome man keep up the great work! Thanks again man!Comment -

#263samrock, sure go ahead! I'd be curious to see the results of that as well, although I personally don't like playing the RL for some reason. It drives me crazy when teams win by 1 but it's something to monitor, especially if it'll bring in extra profits. On a side note though, there will be times I will play a dog on the RL so that may conflict a little...
2178ice, it gets a little complicated, I don't have an exact answer for you. Since there are multiple systems, they vary in certain ways. For example, it could be to play on a team, against a team (fade), or limit it to home/road games. I suggest checking in before games start everyday to see the exact plays. I try and post in the AM at least an hour before the first game on a daily basis if not the night prior. As far as the over chase is concerned, that chase ended. It was only for the first 5 games of the season.
skyscrapers, I know I keep saying this but really do appreciate the support. It means a lot that people are following and profiting so far, especially when it's coming from someone who's been here for years and have contributed to the forum. Hopefully the system continues to be profitable! Question though, what I can do with those points?? I see that I get a few every day but was also curious as to what it could be used for.
Since the day ended early for me, I have a question for the forum that I would like feedback/input on: Are you guys okay with the way I post plays and recap, i.e. formatting, organizing, etc? I'm new to posting (I'm definitely more of a math, numbers, and analysis guy) and if there's any insight on how I can organize my plays to make it look better, I'm definitely willing to accommodate for that. Examples would be helpful as well.Comment -

#268Scooby, This is a 4 game chase. If it loses game 1, it goes to game 2 and so on up until game 4. For each game that I lose, I chase to win back the following game plus my original profit of $100. Here is a sample betting structure from Stifler (he laid it out perfectly):
betting structure:
we are playing a 4 game chase to win 1 unit.
example: (with consistent lines)
Game 1: Bet line -170 , risk 1,7u to win 1u
game lost, it moves to Game 2
Game 2: Bet line -170 , risk 4,59u to win 2,7u[the lost amount on Game 1's bet + 1 unit]
game lost, it moves to Game 3
Game 3: Bet line -170 , risk 12,40u to win 7,29u[the lost amount on Game 1 & 2's bet + 1 unit]
game lost, it moves to Game 4
Game 4: Bet line -170 , risk 33,49u to win 19,69u[the lost amount on Game 1, 2, 3's bet + 1 unit]
if Game 4 is a loser then -52,18 units overall, if Game 4 Bet wins (or any other) u win 1 unit
I hope that helps.
Samrock, wow that's some impressive numbers. I don't expect the Game 1's to hit as much as they currently are but I'm sure no one's complaining!Comment -

#270skyscrapers, I know I keep saying this but really do appreciate the support. It means a lot that people are following and profiting so far, especially when it's coming from someone who's been here for years and have contributed to the forum. Hopefully the system continues to be profitable! Question though, what I can do with those points?? I see that I get a few every day but was also curious as to what it could be used for.
Another way is to participate in a variety of contests around here to win points. Another member can also give you points...non-pros are limited to the amount of points exchanged but for pros I don't think there's a limit.
As for what those points are for?? You can redeem them for products or services if you click on SBR store. You can also wager them on the SBR sportsbook or casino. For Canadians like myself there's pretty much nothing in the SBR store that we're allowed to redeem so those points are as good as garbage to me honestly.
By the way, no need to change the way you post the plays. I think it's very organized and straight-forward. Maybe add a bit of color to it for example green for a winner/profit and red for a loser/deficit.Comment -

#278For these chases, play the ML if they are favored. If they are dogs however, skip the game. This chase in particular requires the team to be favored in order for it to be a play. This is the reason why Seattle wasn't a play today, they're dogs.
Example of a play: If Boston loses today and are -120 tomorrow, play them for Game 2 of the chase.
Example of a NO play: If Boston loses today and are +110 tomorrow, it is a NO play.
Same applies for Sunday.Comment -
