Norway has one of the fiercest offenses in the world, and they'll get the best of Senegal tonight to improve to six points. This should be a physical contest, as Norway will push for the points to secure itself a spot in the knockouts, while Senegal knows it'll be in a difficult spot if it drops more points.
Norway will use their inside-the-box quality to take advantage of a Senegal backline that has allowed three goals in two of their last three matches. However, the favorite isn't without its own defensive flaws, and Senegal has enough pace and quality to take advantage and get on the board.
Score prediction: Norway 2, Senegal 1
💵 My best pick: Yes - Norway to win (45 cents)
Norway is an incredible offense, and that's what I'm leaning into with my best pick for this game. They've scored 17 goals in their last four "non-friendly" games and were held to fewer than three goals only once throughout their entire WCQ path. I don't expect them to score 11 like they did against Moldova, I do expect them to get the victory.

Erling Haaland (52%)
Haaland is one of the most physically imposing strikers in the world, and Norway's play is working directly into his wheelhouse. With 11 of their 12 shots coming from inside the 18-yard box in their opener against Iraq, Haaland is working exactly where he wants to. Those high-value chances are directly in the wheelhouse of the Man City striker.
And Senegal has also shown some unusual defensive vulnerabilities in recent games, allowing three goals on two occasions. That's not normal for Pape Thiaw's squad, but I'd back Haaland to get at least one if Norway gets two, and certainly if they get three.
It's one of the many ways to back Haaland, but you can find more in our Erling Haaland player props today.

🥅 Will both teams score in Norway vs. Senegal?
I've spent a lot of time banging on here about why Norway will score, and probably will score a couple, on Monday. But what about Senegal, can they do their bit to cash us a BTTS ticket?
I absolutely think so. We saw enough pace and quality on the counterattack against a dominating French side in the opener for Senegal to get one, and they hit the woodwork as well. Inches away from two goals against one of the best teams in the world is nothing to scoff at. Norway has shown defensive liabilities, with their intense press and high-pushing line leaving spaces for the opposition to take advantage of. I imagine with dreams of making the knockout rounds slipping away from Senegal with a loss that we'll see them throw everything but the kitchen sink at Norway to get on the board.
Both teams to score (BTTS) pick: Yes (58 cents)
