The San Francisco 49ers marched into Lumen Field in Week 12 and annihilated the Seattle Seahawks in a much-watched Thursday Night Football game on Thanksgiving Day.
San Francisco has owned its NFC West rival in recent years, and the Seahawks desperately need to reverse that trend in Week 14 in a matchup that could play a major role in deciding their playoff chances.
Seattle's recent three-game slump coincides with resurgences from the Los Angeles Rams and Green Bay Packers, fellow contenders in the tight NFC wild-card race. Currently tied at 6-6 with these teams, the Seahawks face a precarious scenario, unable to sustain many more losses in the fiercely competitive scramble for a playoff berth.

Deebo Samuel Over 48.5 receiving yards (-114 via FanDuel) ⭐⭐⭐
When healthy, 49ers wide receiver Deebo Samuel has been an absolute force this season. He's cleared this line in three straight games. Additionally, if we remove the contest against the Cleveland Browns in which Samuel exited with an injury, he's gone Over 48.5 receiving yards in seven of nine games this season. He's coming off a 116-receiving-yard eruption against the Philadelphia Eagles, and that was on just four targets.
When these teams squared off in Week 12, Samuel earned the most targets of all 49ers players, turning those nine looks into seven catches for 79 yards.
Opposite Samuel will be a Seahawks defense that's had its struggles against wide receivers this year. Seattle is allowing an average of 158.8 receiving yards to wideouts this season, a number that's dragged down by poor performances by the lowly passing attacks of the New York Giants, Arizona Cardinals, and Cleveland Browns.
Samuel's average receiving yards projection for Sunday across eight different projection models is 59.62. That means we're getting roughly 6% positive expected value by playing the Over at FanDuel. Additionally, the low end of those projections is 53.2 receiving yards, which is still roughly a four-yard cushion from this number.
FanDuel's slightly lower line provides us with a nice opportunity to bet on Samuel's receiving yardage Over. In comparison, Pinnacle, one of the most respected trading teams in sports betting, moved its line straight through 48.5 on Wednesday, and it now sits at 51.5, with most of our best sports betting apps following suit.
Pinnacle prices Over 51.5 at -130. Therefore, we're getting a significantly better price and an extra three yards in the process. The latter may not seem like a big deal, but you'll be more profitable by finding these slight edges rather than playing the consensus number in the long run.

The 49ers are serving as 10.5-point favorites at home on Sunday, and the big spread has caused the public to be 50/50 on either side. For those looking to back the Seahawks, a number of sportsbooks - DraftKings, BetMGM, and Caesars among them - are featuring them as 11-point underdogs.
However, the total, which is sitting in the 46.5 to 47 range, has much more decisive betting splits. Roughly 64% of the action has come in on the Over, with bettors expecting a high-scoring game despite the fact that the Week 12 matchup ended with a total of 44 points scored.
