NFL Player Props for Week 6: Best O/U Prop Bets & TD Picks This Week
Last Updated: October 16, 2026 11:00 AM EDT • 3 minute read X Social Google News Link
I’m offering six NFL player props for Week 6, with analysis on four. I’ve leaned heavily on the Los Angeles Rams, featuring three players, because I think Matthew Stafford and Co. will enjoy a commanding bounce-back game after a bitterly disappointing MNF loss to the Buffalo Bills.
Brock Bowers and Mike Evans are also showcased, as I’m banking on both receivers finding pay dirt.

Best NFL player props this week
Puka Nacua Over 92.5 receiving yards (-114 via FanDuel)
Nacua had 125 receiving yards in Week 4 against the Philadelphia Eagles upon his return to the lineup, then followed it up with 138 yards against the Bills in Week 5. He’ll now line up against the Arizona Cardinals’ third-worst pass defense, via DVOA.
The Cardinals also allow the most yards per completion (13.5). He averaged 121.5 receiving yards in two games against the Cardinals last season and 107 yards per game overall. And the Rams should be in a particularly hostile mood after throwing away the chance to beat the Bills on MNF.
Brock Bowers anytime TD (-114 via FanDuel)
Bowers scored a TD in all three appearances this season, and he’s facing a Bills defense that has conceded 13 passing TDs, the second-most behind three teams at 14.
The Bills' passing defense isn’t any better in other facets, ranked 28th in DVOA and 27th in EPA per play. They also have the sixth-worst red zone defense, allowing a TD at a rate of 76.19%.
Matthew Stafford Over 279.5 passing yards (-114 via FanDuel)
It’s admittedly a high total, but Stafford easily eclipsed the threshold in four consecutive games entering Week 6. His lowest total of that four-game sample size was 317 yards against the Eagles in Week 4.
In that four-game span, Stafford averaged 354 yards. While the Rams will likely be in a commanding position and want to control the clock with more run plays, I’m confident Stafford will clear the total beforehand.
That’s because he’s up against a defense that concedes the eighth-most passing yards per game and ranks second-last in defensive pass EPA per play.
Davante Adams anytime TD (-125 via FanDuel)
Adams has four TDs, and all of them occurred at SoFi Stadium over two games. He scored two TDs against the New York Giants in Week 2 and added two more against the Bills in Week 5.
Adams is up against a Cardinals defense that has allowed 14 passing TDs, tied for the most with the Washington Commanders and Detroit Lions. And he has a 53.5% target share in the red zone, third-most behind Amon-Ra St. Brown (69.6%) and Jaxon Smith-Njigba (73.3%).
He has nine TD receptions in the previous six games at SoFi Stadium dating back to the 2025 regular season. Adams inarguably saves his best stuff for the friendly confines of his team’s cushy home arena.
