My best NFL Week 2 moneyline bets
Bills (-185) vs. Lions ⭐⭐⭐
A raucous environment for the first game in new Highmark Stadium will be an impossible setting for the visiting Lions. Detroit barely held on for a one-point home win against the Saints last weekend after leading 21-0 in the second half.
If the Lions can't contain a Tyler Shough-led offense, good luck with NFL MVP favorite Josh Allen coming off a four-touchdown performance versus a dangerous Texans defense. The Bills will win this one.
Jaguars (+120) vs. Broncos ⭐⭐⭐
The Jaguars are still being slept on, even after handing the Broncos their lone regular-season home loss last season. Jacksonville stomped the Broncos 34-20 then, as a road underdog in Denver.
The Jags' passing game has been firing on all cylinders. Trevor Lawrence has thrown for at least three touchdowns in five of his last six games, including that previous win in Denver.
Panthers (-120) vs. Falcons ⭐⭐⭐⭐
Yes, the Panthers just gave up 59 points to the Bears in their season opener. But what gets lost in the NFL world dunking on the Carolina defense is that Bryce Young looked really good in Week 1.
The former first overall pick was decisive and explosive while navigating the pocket comfortably. Compare that to what the Falcons will have at QB: Cooper Rush or Tua Tagovailoa.
As for the Panthers' defense, Carolina injected a ton of talent into that side of the ball this offseason. Look for that unit to bounce back against Atlanta in a comfortable Panthers victory.
