Jayden Daniels returns as QB1 in an NFC East rivalry Sunday as I make my Giants vs. Commanders prediction.
Giants coach John Harbaugh has led his short-handed team to a 3-1 record, with Jameis Winston coming off a huge outing and looking to keep it going against a bottom-tier Commanders defense. The Commanders are a 4.5-point betting favorite, with kickoff at Northwest Stadium in Landover, Md., set for 1 p.m. ET (FOX).

Giants vs. Commanders prediction & best bet
Over 41.5 (-110 via BetMGM)
Expect a ton of points in this game, with Washington's 30th-ranked scoring defense likely to cede explosive plays to Winston's Giants. The Commanders have allowed over 125 rushing yards twice, along with 393 passing yards to Sam Darnold's Seahawks during their lone win in Week 3.
While the Giants are a top-eight scoring defense, aside from the Titans, they've allowed 20+ points in every other game played. The offense under Winston is a bit Jekyll and Hyde, committing four turnovers during his three starts, including three of those against the Cardinals in Week 4.
Expect turnovers from both offenses, creating short fields and momentum swings. With a low point total at 41, we're through a key number, creating value on the Over.
Bet Over 41.5 at -110 odds on BetMGM.

Winston and Daniels put on a show in the nation's capital
Daniels has yet to have a strong outing when healthy this season. Washington's quarterback faces a Giants secondary that just gave up over 120 rushing yards to the Cardinals, meaning Daniels' legs could be a big factor in this game.
Winston's gunslinger mentality should translate to touchdowns for the Giants. Against a struggling Washington pass defense, Winston should be able to replicate his 250-yard, three-touchdown performance from last week, leading the Giants to a 4-1 record in a high-scoring contest.
Score prediction: Giants 30, Commanders 27
