Broncos vs. Panthers prediction & best bet

Over 44.5 (-108 via BetMGM)

Carolina enters this game down three of its defensive starters. The Panthers rank sixth-worst in the league at rushing defense, allowing -7.45 expected points contributed by their run defense.

Expect Broncos rookie RB Jonah Coleman to handle a big workload in this game. QB Bo Nix has been an easy target for slander due to his shallow pass attempts, but now, he'll face a Panthers secondary ranked 15th-highest in expected points contributed by pass defense.

Two of the Panthers' biggest disruptors, Jaelen Phillips and Bobby Okereke, are ruled out of this game. Nix, Coleman, and the rest of Denver's offense should be able to score 28+ points for a third straight appearance.

Carolina's managed at least 13 points in every game played this season. Chuba Hubbard should be the focal point against a Broncos run defense allowing -11.54 expected points, which is fourth-worst in the NFL.

Go to BetMGM and bet Over 44.5 at -108 odds.

📡 SBR Edge: Over in the Bank

The Panthers have gone over the total points line in all 3 home games played at Bank of America Stadium this season.

Broncos ride Coleman to a dominant road win in Charlotte

Denver head coach Sean Payton is going to dial up a heavy number of touches for his fourth-round rookie running back in a soft matchup against the Panthers. Coleman made a few big plays in a clutch win over the Chiefs in Week 8, logging over 100 scrimmage yards and a touchdown.

Nix has plenty of talent with his legs, which will be an asset used to exploit the Panthers' banged-up defensive front. Denver takes an early lead and never looks back, forcing Carolina to enter chase mode with a dominant double-digit win in Charlotte.

Play to: Over 46.5

Score prediction: Broncos 30, Panthers 17
