Bills vs. Raiders best prop bet: James Cook Over 91.5 rushing yards (-113)
Follow all of our NFL analysis and betting advice for the 2026 NFL season.
James Cook has found himself in the spotlight for the wrong reasons amid ongoing fumbling issues. But that doesn't change his ability as one of the league's most explosive running backs, with three 100-yard games already this season.
He's facing a floundering Raiders rush defense that's getting shredded to the tune of 5.2 yards per carry (tied for second-worst in the NFL). I see Cook getting plenty of action in this contest, with the Bills likely salting away a second-half lead.
I like putting a full unit on this wager at -113 odds, but I'm passing on odds above -120.
📡 SBR Edge - Bills can't take carries away from Cook
I don't buy Bills head coach Joe Brady hinting that Buffalo could take carries away from Cook. The Pro Bowl running back is as important as ever to this offense and is on pace for career highs in rushing attempts and yards.
More Bills vs. Raiders prop picks
Josh Allen Under 34.5 rushing yards (-114)
Despite leading all quarterbacks in rushing, Josh Allen has gone Under this total in three of his five games. This Las Vegas matchup profiles as another Under.
The Raiders have only allowed an average of 20.4 rushing yards to quarterbacks this season, despite facing some of the league's highest-volume rushing QBs (Malik Willis, Drake Maye, Justin Herbert).
The NFL MVP odds favorite won't need to scramble and put himself in jeopardy quite as much this week, compared to his run-heavy performance against the Rams.
Kirk Cousins Over 22.5 completions (-102)
The Bills' pass defense has been a huge weakness, with Buffalo allowing the second-most completions per game to opponents (26.8).
Raiders head coach Klint Kubiak will be able to scheme up plenty of open receivers for Kirk Cousins against that struggling secondary. The veteran QB has been rock-solid this season, which includes ranking above average in both completions and completion percentage.
Given the favorable matchup and what I expect to be a pass-heavy game script for Las Vegas, I have Cousins clearing his completions total at home.
