UConn is the top-ranked team in the country according to KenPom, so it’s not surprising to see the Huskies as healthy favorites Saturday. But should bettors pay attention to the power of the Miami Hurricanes’ offense? Here are our best Miami-UConn prop picks based on the top NCAAB odds.

UConn (29-8) has rolled through its March Madness path with relative ease, claiming four victories by an average margin of 20 points per game. However, Miami (29-7) hasn’t scored below 85 points in an NCAA Tournament game since the opening round.

Will the Huskies have the defense that finally figures out a way to limit this potent Miami attack?

Here are our best Miami vs. UConn Final Four prop bets (odds via DraftKings and FanDuel; pick confidence based on a 1-to-5-star scale).

Miami vs. UConn prop predictions

Adama Sanogo Over 17.5 points (-111 via FanDuel) ⭐⭐⭐⭐

UConn big man Adama Sanogo has had an excellent NCAA Tournament in the scoring department. The only game in which he failed to cover the 17.5-point scoring total for Saturday was in the Elite Eight against Gonzaga. Although Drew Timme was dealing with foul trouble, he still represented the most notable interior presence that Sanogo has faced in this tournament.

Though Miami has been robust offensively throughout this tournament, it’s been out of necessity due to a Hurricane defense that ranks outside the top 100 in KenPom’s adjusted defensive efficiency. The Canes simply don’t have the inside defenders to contain Sanogo in this game.

DraftKings offers the 17.5-point line on Sanogo at -120 on Over, so bet it at FanDuel and get -111 odds on the Over.

Isaiah Wong Over 1.5 3-pointers (+150 via DraftKings) ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Though Wong fired off a trio of 3-point attempts in the Elite Eight matchup with Texas, he fell woefully short of this line by failing to hit even one of his attempts from distance. But in a projected high-scoring game that Miami could be trailing late, I like Wong as a volume shooter on Saturday night.

Connecticut allows one of the lowest numbers of opponent 3-pointers in college basketball this season at just 4.9 per game. But the Hurricanes have to lean into what got them here, and Wong is as capable as anyone on the Miami roster of getting hot from deep.

Wong is shooting above 38% from 3-point range on the season and is 5-for-12 in this NCAA Tournament. The odds on the prop ballooning to +150 at DraftKings make this a four-star play. Bet it there to beat the +140 odds at FanDuel.

Miami Over 72.5 (-105 via DraftKings) ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Although UConn’s 11th-ranked adjusted defensive efficiency would be a tough nut for any offense to crack, this is a Miami team that has scored 85 or more points in each of its last three games of March Madness. It’s come against some quality defensive teams, too, as Houston and Texas both rank near the top of the sport in defensive efficiency.

Connecticut’s adjusted tempo (No. 204 in Division I) could theoretically be a factor in keeping scores lower in this matchup, but that wasn’t the case for Miami when it faced one of the slowest-operating teams in the country in the Sweet 16. The Hurricanes will have to score to keep up with UConn’s similarly dynamic offense, and they haven’t met a defense yet that they haven’t been able to solve.

DraftKings (-105) offers a narrow edge on the odds at FanDuel (-106), but both books are good enough values to play for this Over.
