The Memphis Grizzlies and Denver Nuggets meet for the second time in the last seven days. Here are the best Grizzlies vs. Nuggets player props based on the best NBA odds.

When these two teams met last Saturday, the Grizzlies absolutely destroyed the Nuggets. The Nuggets trailed by 32 heading into the final quarter before they cut the lead to a somewhat more respectable 18. 

Because of the nature of that game, it is hard to have a good understanding of what the stats from that one really meant. The Nuggets benched most of their stars for a majority of the second half, and the Grizzlies didn’t need to play much either over the final 18 minutes.

Dillon Brooks Over 11.5 Points (-115) ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Brooks had an especially bad February. He averaged just nine points per game, while his shooting percentage for the month was just 34.7%. Despite this poor stretch, Brooks is still averaging 14.5 points per game on the season, and he did manage to score in double figures in four of his nine games in February.

On Wednesday, against the terrible defense of the Houston Rockets, Brooks broke out of his slump by scoring 16 points on 50% shooting from both the field and behind the arc. The price is much steeper at the other major sportsbooks for Brooks to hit this Over. They are definitely willing to admit that Brooks has been a streaky shooter his whole career. After Wednesday night, expect him to start scoring more in line with his average.

Ja Morant Under 6.5 Rebounds (-115) ⭐⭐⭐⭐

We all know how well Morant can score and pass the ball, but his rebounding has seen an uptick in recent games as well. He has at least seven rebounds in his last three contests, including against the Los Angeles Lakers on Tuesday. He has pulled down at least seven rebounds in nine of his last 13 games.

Yet, he is averaging just six rebounds per game on the season, and based on where this line is set, it feels like oddsmakers are trying to bait bettors. Morant had exactly seven rebounds the last time he played the Nuggets. If oddsmakers really felt that he was going to continue his hot rebounding effort, this would be set closer to 7.5. We expect Morant to come back down to earth on the boards against one of the most efficient teams in the league.

Kentavious Caldwell-Pope Over 1.5 Steals (+110) ⭐⭐⭐⭐

The previous two player props were all about bucking trends, but that is not the case with this one. Caldwell-Pope is averaging 1.4 steals per game this season, but since the calendar turned to 2023, he has 15 games with two or more steals. That includes a streak of 10 consecutive games to close January where he recorded multiple steals.

He has two or more steals in four of his last five games. The only time he failed to record at least two was against the Grizzlies last Saturday, when he played just 27 minutes. With his minutes up, and with the Nuggets in a prime position to get revenge after being embarrassed their last time out, we expect Caldwell-Pope to continue to rack up steals. At this price, this is simply too good to pass up.
