We're examining our favorite NBA player props and the best bets for Friday based on the best NBA odds.

The Thursday four-game lineup is now concluded, shifting attention to a more intense Friday schedule featuring 10 games in the Association.

In one matchup, the Miami Heat will face the Washington Wizards, where Tyler Herro anticipates a favorable matchup against the Association's weakest defense. Meanwhile, All-Star snub Domantas Sabonis will lead the Sacramento Kings on the road against his former team, the Indiana Pacers, with the question of whether the imposing big man can maintain his dominance on the boards.

Jonathan Kuminga has showcased remarkable scoring prowess for the Golden State Warriors in the past two weeks, and he aims to extend his hot streak on the road against the Memphis Grizzlies. Lastly, the shorthanded Charlotte Hornets will visit the Oklahoma City Thunder, with Nick Richards seeking to maintain his productivity as Charlotte's starting center.

Here are our NBA player props and best bets for Friday (odds via our best NBA betting sites; pick confidence based on a 1-to-5-star scale).

Friday’s NBA player props

Tyler Herro double-double vs. Wizards (+1000 via DraftKings) ⭐⭐⭐

This is a long shot, but we’re kicking off the slate with a juicy plus-money wager. Washington has surrendered the most rebounds per game this season (57.4), including the most at home (57). The Wizards got crushed at home Wednesday, surrendering nine rebounds apiece to Kawhi Leonard and James Harden, seven to Norman Powell, and 11 to Mason Plumlee. Washington has been an equal-opportunity defense, and guards can quickly rack up rebounds against this team.

Washington also allows the most assists per game (30), and Herro should be set up nicely to double-double with dimes or boards. Herro went for 14 points, eight rebounds, and eight assists in his last game out, and he posted 24 points, 10 rebounds, and nine assists against Washington on Nov. 3. He’s scored at least 10 points in 12 straight games, so we won’t sweat the scoring. This is a phenomenal matchup, and we’re taking a shot at +1000 odds over at DraftKings.

Domantas Sabonis Over 13.5 rebounds vs. Pacers (+140 via FanDuel) ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Check out our FanDuel promo and take advantage of a 25% boost for one 3+ leg NBA SGP!

There’s no chance we’ll miss out on a rebound prop when the rebounder faces the Pacers. Indiana allows the 13th most rebounds to opponents this season overall (51.7), but the team has gotten crushed over its last three, surrendering the second most rebounds (56). That includes 69 rebounds surrendered to the New York Knicks on Thursday. Isaiah Hartenstein pulled down 19 in that one, and Precious Achiuwa grabbed 16.

Sabonis is a better rebounder than both of New York’s big men, and he leads the league in rebounds per game at 13. Sabonis has crashed the glass with authority over his last two, grabbing 17 boards against the Heat and 26 against the Memphis Grizzlies.

He’s pulled down at least 14 rebounds in 16 contests on the season. Aside from the great matchup, Sabonis should have extra motivation in this one. He’s facing his former team, and it was announced Thursday that he was left off of the All-Star team despite averaging 19.9 points, 13 rebounds, and 8 assists. We’re taking the Over and the plus-money odds.

Jonathan Kuminga Over 20.5 points vs. Grizzlies (-115 via FanDuel) ⭐⭐⭐⭐

This line is set ridiculously low, so we’ll gladly take the Over on Kuminga’s points prop tonight. Over his last seven games, the third-year forward has averaged 25.1 points and scored at least 20 points in each contest while logging 32 minutes. He reached 21 points in six of those, and the lone game hitting the Under came against Memphis when he scored 20. He’ll need to score only one more point than he did in his last tilt with the Grizzlies.

In his recent hot streak, Kuminga’s 25.1 points are behind only Stephen Curry (32.3) for team lead in the scoring department. Andrew Wiggins is averaging just 12.5 points per game this season, and Klay Thompson has been up-and-down throughout the campaign. Golden State has been looking for an offensive spark, and Kuminga has delivered with his recent uptick in playing time. There’s no doubt we’re taking the Over, and we're using our FanDuel promo code to get the best price in the process.

Nick Richards double-double vs. Thunder (+200 via bet365) ⭐⭐⭐

Mark Williams will miss his 27th straight game Friday, and he’s still without a timeline to return to the Hornets’ lineup. With Williams on the shelf, Richards has stepped into the starting lineup and played well. He’s been particularly productive lately, scoring double figures in five of his last six outings.

In that span, Richards has averaged 14.3 points and 9.3 boards, posting a double-double three times. He’s in a great spot tonight against a Thunder team, allowing the fifth most rebounds to opponents (54). Richards has averaged 8.8 boards per game on the road compared to just 6.7 at home, and tonight’s matchup will be in Oklahoma City. LaMelo Ball is doubtful due to an ankle injury, which should free up more minutes for Richards. In 16 games played with Ball this season, Richards has averaged 6.9 rebounds across 20.4 minutes. In 21 played without Ball, Richards averaged 8.4 rebounds in 28.8 minutes. This one feels far too good a matchup to be listed at +200 odds, so we’ll gladly take the most profitable wager at FanDuel.
