The Mercury, the No. 3 seed in the current WNBA playoff picture, have generally taken care of business against inferior teams at home. I hold even more faith in their ability following an extended break after the Dream played last night.

However, I’m not willing to lay such a significant spread as my best Dream vs. Mercury prediction. Instead, I found value in Phoenix leading at halftime and in the final score via the double-double market in game props across our best sports betting sites.

BetMGM is offering -145 for this prop, which is a steal compared to FanDuel (-170) and Caesars (-175). It certainly doesn’t hurt that the Mercury are 4.5-point favorites for the first half and have posted a first-half net rating of plus-4.1 this year.
