I needed to get creative with this pick because my projections are right in line with the market. I make the Sun a 6-point favorite with a total around 162. The latest betting lines at the best sports betting apps are -5.5 and 161.5, respectively.

The Sun have been enduring a challenging schedule to start the season, playing the Washington Mystics twice and the New York Liberty once over their five-game stretch. Those are two of the top-four teams in the league, a group the Sun are firmly in as well.
The Sun have generally flexed their muscles while stepping down in competition. They beat the Indiana Fever by a combined 12 points over two meetings, taking the first half by a combined 11 points. Connecticut typically controls the game from start to finish when facing a lower-ranked team.
