My best college football player props for Week 9 focus on three players on ranked teams. Last week, I went 2-1, as Jaden Craig threw for 372 yards and Kevin Jennings threw three touchdown passes.

While Darian Mensah and Malachi Toney get most of the attention for No. 1 Miami, I explain why Javian Mallory is the player to watch against North Carolina. Then I highlight what to expect from Jadan Baugh as No. 17 Florida battles No. 3 Georgia, and from Devon Dampier as No. 6 Utah faces Cincinnati.

Javian Mallory Over 47.5 rushing yards (-115 via bet365)

Mallory leads Miami with 444 rushing yards, and he's averaging 7.5 yards per carry. Mallory has at least 13 carries in two of his last three games, rushing for at least 63 yards in both contests. Last week, he averaged 6.7 yards per carry against a Pittsburgh defense allowing just 2.16 yards per attempt.

North Carolina ranks 13th in the ACC in rushing yards allowed per game. However, the Tar Heels are allowing 3.94 yards per carry. With Mark Fletcher Jr. averaging fewer than 5.0 yards per carry in four of his last six games, I think this matchup is perfect for Mallory, as the more explosive back is less likely to get stuffed at the line.

Play to: Over 59.5 rushing yards

Devon Dampier Over 232.5 passing yards (-115 via bet365)

Dampier has thrown for at least 204 yards in six consecutive games, reaching at least 238 yards four times during that span. He's completing 68.7% of his passes, and he's averaging 11.9 yards per completion and 8.2 yards per attempt.

Cincinnati is allowing 284.4 passing yards per game, which is the fourth-most in the nation. The Bearcats are also allowing 7.7 yards per attempt, which ranks 96th in the country, and a 63.4% completion percentage, which ranks 93rd.

Four of the last five quarterbacks to face Cincinnati have thrown for at least 280 yards.

Play to: Over 249.5 passing yards

⏰️ Set your alarm: Utah vs. Cincinnati

Jadan Baugh Under 80.5 rushing yards (-115 via bet365)

Baugh has rushed for 763 yards and 13 touchdowns, while averaging 5.7 yards per carry this season. Yet, while Baugh ran for 91 yards against Texas, he averaged just 3.6 yards per carry. In losses to South Carolina and Ole Miss, Baugh ran for 59 or fewer yards, and he averaged 3.9 yards per carry against the Gamecocks and 1.1 against the Tigers.

Georgia ranks second in the SEC in rushing yards allowed per game, giving up 91.4 per contest. They're also allowing just 2.84 yards per carry, which ranks second in the conference. Only one running back has topped 80 yards against Georgia this season, and that rusher ended with 90 yards.

Play to: Under 75.5 rushing yards
