College Football Player Props for Week 4: Best Prop Bets This Week

There are six ranked vs. ranked matchups on Saturday's college football slate, and my college football player props for Week 4 involve two players from these marquee matchups.

We have a big SEC bias in this week's picks, including two running backs as well as a quarterback who has led a traditional powerhouse on a scoring bonanza. My college football Week 4 predictions look to build off of last week's 3-0 record, which cashed wagers at +100 and +105 odds and earned us plus-2.92 units of profit.

DeSean Bishop anytime touchdown scorer (-115 via bet365)

Tennessee running back DeSean Bishop has recorded a rushing touchdown in seven straight games and 12 of his last 13. We’re getting great anytime touchdown odds because of those trends, but Bishop missed last week’s win over Kennesaw State. But head coach Josh Heupel downgraded the severity of the injury, so I’m jumping on these underinflated odds before they spike once he’s declared active.

Bishop’s 286 rushing yards through three weeks ranks third in the conference and 24th nationally, and 61.2% of his yards have come after contact. With four rushing touchdowns thus far, he sits at fourth in the conference and 13th in FBS.

Bishop has as high as 59.18% implied anytime touchdown odds through DraftKings' -145 price, so we're getting great value in comparison by making this wager at bet365.

Lloyd Avant Under 33.5 rushing yards (-115 via bet365)

From the start of the 2025 season through this year’s Week 1 opener, Oklahoma had 292 rush attempts by running backs, which was tied for the second-fewest in the SEC over that span. A lack of a balanced offense also helped explain why the team ranked 13th in scoring average in the conference over that span.

Lloyd Avant has seen his opportunities diminish in all three games thus far, and he has not topped 35 rushing yards while seeing single-digit attempts in back-to-back weeks. His O/U for rush attempts is higher at 11.5 this week, but I cannot see that happening against a Georgia defense that has allowed just 45.7 rushing yards per game (tied for the third fewest among FBS teams).

Game script should also play into Avant’s limited opportunities. The Sooners are a two-touchdown underdog and will need to keep pace with a Georgia offense that has scored at least 45 points in each of the first three games of a season for the first time in school history.

Aaron Philo Over 1.5 passing touchdowns (-114 via FanDuel)

Aaron Philo has engineered a Florida offense that has scored 40 or more points in each of its first three games of a season for the first time since 2007. Even before their 44-point outburst in a road win at Auburn, the Gators ranked in the top six in FBS in total offense, scoring offense, and down-set conversion rate. As a result, they already matched their total output of 50-point games from 2022-25 (two) in just the first two weeks this year.

The crazy thing about Florida’s offensive success is that Philo hasn’t needed to do much from a passing perspective. He has six passing touchdowns and cleared this projected total in two of the three games, despite attempting either 21 or 22 passes per game. 

If this game turns into a track meet with Heisman Trophy favorite Trinidad Chambliss on the other sideline, I expect more to be asked of Philo in the passing game.
